First! (first time ever) I like it all apart from his head, whats up with the chubby cheeks? O well, at least we have some form of news at last.

Edit: Now that that's fixed. I like the render except for the face. The face looks awful in my opinion. It looks nothing like Jax. I like the outfit though.

couple problems:

1. great, the shoulder guards are still on sale in the MK Universe. (okay, so they're not really shoulder guards, but they're more obnoxious as Sub-Zero's and Scorpion's shoulder guards...still though Sub-Zero's pointy chin, Scorpion's spandex pants and profuse skulls, Batman's Adam West-ness, Catwoman's spandex zipper, Liu Kang's belt, and Superman's everything are even worse).

2. Where's his green beret? He's special forces, isn't he?

I have to say, although this is much better than I expected...I haven't liked a lot of the over-the-top, cool-looking, yet not-realistic aspects of the MK outfits this time around.

I long for the days of MK:DA costumes.

Wow, I think Jax looks pretty cool. His look kinda reminds me of Lynn Red WIlliams from MKA does it not? And I like it because he totally looks like a soldier and I see no guns at all too (which is good). Awesome!

Well this is way better than the machine gun toting, bling-bling-donning, "Yo what up biznitch" that was in MKDA. I'd say it's JAx's best appearance since MK2-3.

Any one notice that Jax resembles lawrence taylor from the Blitz football games....

The only MK game I liked Jax in was MK2. In 3 the arms with purple pants looked funny, and in 3d he looked like a stereotypical ghetto gang banger punk and not some special forces bad ass.

I actually like the resemblance to Lynn "Red" Williams that they gave him. Of course MKA was trash, but now whenever I think of Jax I picture him with Williams' face.

Could have being a lot worse. The overall design is ok but the head and the metal arms could have being better.
Prays god that he will be mute except if they implement his Gotcha grad.

He looks even better in the high def version. His skin looks mighty realistic i think. I hope his Metal implants a can be broken and ripped off of his arms. That'd be sick!
