After 3 solid years of trying...

...I've come to the conclusion that it's impossible to perform Liu Kang's arcade drop fatality on the PSP version of MK3 (Midway Arcade Treasures Extended Play)

I can do the move on the arcade version of MK3/UMK3. I can do it on the SNES and Genesis versions of MK3/UMK3. I can do it on the PS1 MK3. I can do it on the Saturn/360 UMK3. I can do it on the Saturn/N64/PS1 MK Trilogy. I can do it on the DS UMK...

...but U,D,U,U BL+Run does not want to work on the PSP version of MK3...wtf?
