This site explains it pretty clearly.

Basically, you're just going to type in [img src = "http://www.picturesURL.com"], only instead of using brackets like ], you're going to use arrows like > and <. Whatever URL you put depends on the where the picture is located. If you see a picture you want to link, just right-click the pic and choose "view image." It will show just the picture and the URL at the top of the page will be the one you need to put in the script.
