But in all seriousness, while that character at least looks different from the other ninjas, he's still a ninja, and we have enough as it is. But if that character was instead a reference to the pop group, then hell yeah!

I'd rather have Hydro over Aqua....and even then Hydro is a NO.

At least he would look different if was a ninja & they decided not to give him that V-Vest design that most of the ninjas have, if anything he looks like a human/cyber ninja hybrid in the new pic I posted so as far as design goes it look interesting at the very least for a DLC.

Personally i think it's a terribad idea to put (yet another) joke character in after the less-than-warm reception of the previous ones as a fully fledged playable character. Not that i didn't like any, Mokap grew on me but i certainly didn't accept him at first. There are more serious unexplored characters that could take a slot and still leave Aqua in as a background nod to the audience.

Belokk would be a much more fitting example of a character for next game, intended to be there all along but just missed out. Or even a confirmed canon character that so far has terrible character development, but has great potential for a Stryker-type revival.

As for Hydro, I just don't see why he'd be necessary, or what he'd really bring to the table. If you want a friend for Sub Zero, there's Smoke. If you want a water ninja, there's Rain. What would he be? What purpose would he serve that would be unique for him? I personally don't see it, but it's cool if others see something that I'm clearly missing.

I don't see a duck. I'm sure if he was angled differently, you all wouldn't be making this big of a fuss about it. The only character I know that has a weird looking mask is Reptile.

However, I have no idea what this character would bring, but I like the colors that is associated with him. That's really all I got for him. If he can replace Rain, good.
