It's a competitive show on History channel about bladesmithing. They start out making knives, and get eliminated over a couple rounds to move up to the episode's featured weapon. Various weapons have been featured in prior eps have been Chakram, Katars, Elizibethian Rapier, and Roman Gladius. May not be all, I missed a few episodes.

The featured weapon on tonight's episode was the Moro Kriss. They mentioned Mortal Kombat as an example, with a picture of Ashrah vs Kobra.
