He builds his own arcade sticks, talks in codes i don't even understand, and is making a video about all the free throws in a 1 year old game. You're not going to get him to understand something that has emotions, opinions, or things that "seem questionable." It has to be yes or no with him. To be honest, i just want to have fun and play in a tournament. I could care less what the rules are as long as there aren't infiniites, semi's, or starting before the round. it's these tech-heads like him that are going to try and pull everything out that they can. Something tells me he's one of a very few that really care about these little glitches that you wouldn't even know unless you programmed it or studied it like a bible.

but u can still f3 throw, walk up pause and f3 or throw again. if bo gets right in ur face after the throw, the f3 is blockable, so u can chesse him that way, plaus with the walk up step back puke mixed in, he has plenty with the b1 glitch.

Listen, I just have a question about this.
Its no secret that I'm a Noob-Smoke player. My question is this. I'm going to list a hypothetical situation below, where let's just say that I guess EVERYTHING correctly, andc I guess correctly EVERYTHING how my opponent blocks. Below is the combo I get off, with Smoke.
Throw, Telecut, Stars, B+1.
I then JUMP IN without a kick, and land. My opponent blocks high. I do this:
Throw, Telecut, Stars, D+1, B+1.
I then JUMP IN without a kick, and land. My opponent blocks high. I do this:
Throw, Telecut, Stars, D+1, B+1
I then JUMP IN without a kick, and land. My opponent blocks low. I do this:
U+4, B+1
I then JUMP IN without a kick, and land. My opponent blocks low. I do this:

Thats BASIC 50/50 using a basic, regular jump in with Noob-Smoke, correct? Its not broken, its actually pretty legit. NOW, lets just say I do this:.
Throw, Telecut, Stars, B+1.

Throw, Telecut, Stars, D+1, B+1.SS, Throw, Telecut, B+1
Is this fair, and legit, according to everyone here? Would that be allowed?
Get back to me, I'm very curious to see how this works, because above, there are TWO throws used in the combo, but only ONE of them is a FREE throw.

Yes you can combo after a throw. COMBO not a an unblockable jumping attack that leads to another throw. Damn its not hard at all shut up and read.
Unblreakble combos should be allowed as long as they end. Now if u do for instance N/S unbreakable combos and u go for Side Step Grab then thats considered a partial Infinite/Infinite if u repeat it more than once.
If u do a hit that leads to a free throw when the opponent can block the hit then he gets whats coming to him afterwards for getting hit thats his fault that is compleletey legal.
Example: F3 with BRC free grab legal but very annoying theres a difference. Just because its annoying doesnt mean that its illiegal. Any combo after the grab whether its a three hit or the F3 after the grab is fine. Even if u pause the after the grab and turn it into a 50/50 head game its all legal. You have a chance to escape 50/50 head games if u get caught then make a better guess next time.
Fee grabs to another free grab is illegal. Thats what u call an unbreakable infinite. Best example Ashrah grab jumps over the opponent and grabs the opponent as they are turning around before they can do anything is an infinite. Whether u can break it or not its an infinite repeating the samething over and over whether its one hit or a combo with the opponent being able to do nothing but sit and watch is an infinite. And infinites are banned so they are illegal.

Hit, Free Grab= Legal (As long as u dont Side Step Grab)
Hit, Free grab, Jump over the opponent grab= Illegal )Partial Infinite)
Plant move (example B1 with smoke) Walk up Side Step grab is another example of partial infinites.Side Step grab arent allowed because they can be repeated over and over without the opponent being able to do anything about it.
Hit to free grab isnt an infinite. Why u ask because u have to get by the attack. And in most cases u cant repeat it with the opponent having no chance of getting out of it or only using breakers.
50/50 head games arent infinites or partail infinites. If u can move, block, crouch or throw an attack. Then thats a 50/50 head game meaning there as much of a chance of u blocking the attacking or the opponent landing an attack. If u cant figure it out and block the attack then thats ur problem doesnt make it cheap. Just annoying to you. Some of u need to realize the difference between that.
As far as i see ive pretty much answered all ur questions this should make it clear as to whats legal. Whats an infinite, partial infinte, or a combo. Theres a difference between all of them. If u dont get it from this then i dont know what to tell u then peaceout.

I like that bracket design killerb looks good. But i have a question u never specified how the elimination in the tournament is going to be. Whether its going to be a 2 out of 3 match, Semi finals 3 out of 5, and Finals 4 out of 7? Whether its double elimination and ur out of the tournament or what? if its a point accumulation tourney thats fine. But u still havent said how the matches are going to be or maybe i missed it.
I also need to know is TURBO360 is the guys name on the forum or on live?

ashra if i b2, throw, jump in with a punch i lose, even if i follow the punch with b2 or u4 I LOSE
or if they hav breakers and i throw, u4, jump over throw, cs f1, db1, c4+cs on impact I LOSE

Wrong, all of it isn't 50/50. Incase you didn't know, if you f+3 after a throw, it is a glitch, not 50/50. And especially if you b+1, that sets up for a "not so damaging" weapon style glitch combo.
I could care less if you do these things or not, but I just thought it was quite ridiculous when you said it was fair to do two unbreakable combos with N/S in the same sequence.

as far as the n/s thing it goes by how far u take it if u land a standing b1 plant with nothing before it, i say ss throw into unbreakable is legit. throw, telecut, stars , d1, b1, ss throw, throw telecut, stars d1 b1 is a lil steep. but how is that differnt than if u hav no breakers left. i land 111cs44 throw with jinko im allowed to follow the combos with another 50% so like i said whats really legit. 1 free throw is 1 free throw no matter how u use.
any combo , plus a free throw , followed by any combo is how the rule is stated and how i will read it and use it.
