Greatest Villians in Cinema... Will be taking more votes from users who already voted
I was looking at a list of 100 greatest villains and heroes that AFI created... 50 heroes and 50 villains.... Hannibal Lecter was voted as number one...
I feel that with new movies made today, we should create our new list of villains. I'll do the heroes after this is list is over. But I would like to create a new list of villains that you MKO users voted.
RULES: It MUST be a villain! No neutral, anti-hero or anything like that. If there is a partner associated with the villain, they too can be added since they have Bonnie and Clyde together.
Even if the character is evil, if he/she turns good later on, they do not count. These are strictly villains.
The Joker will not be nominated, even if you're nominating the Joker played by a different actor, it's still the same character.
And... they can't be on this list.
I hope this game can go. Once I get 50 names, the voting will begin on who will be the greatest villain in movie history... MKO style.
List of villains:
1. Shredder
2. Judge Claude Frollo
3. Bill "The Butcher" Cutting
4. Maleficent
5. Davy Jones
6. Jigsaw
7. Hans Landa

As far as my pick, There's a few I'm debating between but I'm going to nominate Jigsaw from the SAW series.

Hmm... I don't know if he is or isn't I'm not up to date with the Spiderman comics. I have a feeling though that Venom is an anti-hero... But unless someone gives me the right information becuase I don't follow only the Spiderman comics, he's still staying up there.

Venom tends to alternate between villain and anti-hero. He hates Spider-Man and wants to kill him, but he also tries to protect innocent people.
I'll nominate Hans Landa from Inglourious Basterds.

I gotta say the Shredder..yeah I said it.. Him and (honestly) the villain from Face Off because he does such a prick'ish thing to the hero, creating the heroes own hell in a sense; knowin' that he's sleeping with his wife and around his daughter and not to mention he killed his son before the switch.
As much as I love the movie True Romance I don't think Drexel can count or anyone else from that other than the mob guy hired to take out Alabama, but that was short. There's a few I'd probably come up with but Shredder and the bad guy from Face Off come to mind (Top Dollar from The Crow or any buddy from the second Crow; any that direct their anger toward a child)

ya know I voted for Frollo because I expected Scar, Jafar and Fox News to be obvious villains that other users would vote into the game. Might have to change my vote later

Howard Payne, the bomber in Speed played brilliantly by the great Dennis Hopper. Possibly my all-time favorite bad guy. He's so cool. I can't believe he didn't make the top 50 list. He's most famous for coining the phrase "Pop quiz, hot shot!"
I quote some of his lines regularly. I'm gonna list some of my favorites, just because I'm annoying. In fact, I may end up quoting all of his lines in the film, so forgive me if this gets lengthy. And this is all from the top of my head, so it might be give or take a few words, ya know?
"You've got blinders on to the world, but I got your attention now, didn't I, Jack?"
"This is about me. This is about money due me. $40 million dollars which I will collect. It's my nest egg, Jack. At my age, you gotta start thinking ahead."
"There's a bomb on a bus. Once the bus reaches 50 miles an hour, the bomb is armed. If it drops below 50, it will explode. What do you? What do you do?!"
"Think if you pick up all the bus driver's teeth, they'll give you another medal?"
"It seemed a little hammy to me to make a bomb using my retirement gift, but I thought a plaque that said 'Howard Payne' might be pushing it."
"Oh, I'm sorry Jack, he didn't make it."
"The whim of a madman! I like that!"
"Buckaroo! It isn't because you're a woman."
"It took me two years to set up that bomb in the elevator. Two years! You couldn't understand the kind of dedication that takes."
"Bombs are meant to explode. You life is empty because you try to stop the bomb from being. And for what? For who?"
"My monnneeyyyy!!!"
"I'm smarter than you, Jack! I'm smarter than you!"
"These seats taken?"
Alright, I'm gonna stop there. I think I covered most of the good ones.

I don't know if he's going to count on the technical level, but I'll risk my vote anyway.
Bill Lumbergh.
Bill Lumbergh.
I place my vote for the Three Fates from Disney's Hercules as they are the only characters, to my latest knowledge, that actually "kills" a character in a Disney movie that's good.
Some have argued with me that Helga from Atlantis was but um... Hercules came out BEFORE Atlantis, Helga was evil from the beginning to the end of her life despite shooting a flare at Rourke to stop him from gaining control of Atlantis.
While Meg was good all along in Hercules, despite she was working for Hades, she had no choice. Her heroic attempt to save a "non-super strength" Hercules caused her to be in great pain that caused the Fates to end her life unfortunately. They did so by cutting her thread, ending her life as Phil stayed and watched...
I know my Disney movies very well.
