i cant submit my art?

Please can someone explane me why i can upload a art.
it's say's that it have to be JPG,PNG or some other file, bud the thing is, the art that i want to upload is JPG, bud still it's show that ít must be that kind of file. please someone help me with this problem.

Please be sure that the extension at the end of your file is either .jpg or .png and the size of the file is 250kb or less.

or it's maby me, bud i really don't get it.
i'm 100% that the file i want 2 upload is the right kind of file,, bud still it's doesn't want to upload it.

if you are submitting through the fan art submission system, the image has to go through approval first then it should be online within a day or so, atleast thats my experience with it.
