No, I think it belongs here. It involves fan fiction, and threads like these have been made all of the time. And it would be a confusion since that this is between Armageddon and Deception, two which of those two it would be in. It belongs here in Fan Submission.

hmmm maybe I should be clear, you can create characters, and use all of the orginal mk characters, here is what I mean

person A: shinnok and raiden faced off while BOB (yeah I am using the hero in conquests name, its an example) watched from behind a pillar and then...

person B: a brick fell on his head....Shinnok turned around....

bascially you are writing part of a story, so you can use any character you want from the mk universe, plus create your own character so yes you can use jade and darker, but post darker's stats here please, so we know who is who

I am gonna give an intro from my created charactor's pov, right now this is make up characters and give them their stories, before we get to the meat of the story

This is weird, I just got this envolpe with an invitation to a tournament. All it says though, is come to the docks and await further instructions, which I assume is get on this boat but anyway I might as well go, I got nothing else to lose, my family are all dead, I don't have any friends right now and my job sucks, so kicking some ass might be good for me. Top that all off, something has been haunting me for the past few weeks, something not quite human, with glowing eyes. Everynight I have been dreaming of this man, at least I think its male, there is no way in hell is could be female if you ask me, too big, too muscular, and the voice is too deep. Anyway he keeps telling me that my destiny is at hand and when I am called away somehow, to go, and that he will be my guide. Who the hell is this guy, what is he, and why me? I better pack and get going, see ya on the boat.


Basically she is going though a very tough time, but things are about to get worse

I guess my Teijo guy could be used for this. His storyline is pretty dependant on Liu Kang and, to a lesser extant, Kung Lao. But he could have other motives, I guess.
He was made as a character for a fangame so his attacks and fatalities are included here as well.

He feels that Liu Kang has upset the balance of the universe by denying his Shaolin principles (by killing) and by refusing the continuation of the Mortal Kombat tournament due to personal vendettas. He wishes to bring the tournament back and restore balance by killing the Undead Liu Kang and taking the control of the tournament for himself. He also sees Liu Kang as the epitome of evil, as he was a student at the Shaolin Temple when the Tarkatans attacked, and watched as Liu Kang and Kung Lao chose to kill Tarkatans instead of saving monks. He survived the attack but has lived on his since, and has spent all of his time planning Liu Kang's death.

Personality: Because of his singlemindedness, anger and determination, Teijo comes off as stuck up, rude, and intimidating. He is actually this way. He has no time for allies, and sees anyone who impedes his 'quest' as an obstacle.

Special Attacks:
-Cloud Walker-3 moving Roundhouse Kicks in the air.

-Earth Walker (Throw)-Throw to the ground, repeating kicks, and a launch into the air. Quick.

-Hell Walker -A quick ankle grab and trip. Can be used to dodge and/or counter higher attacks.

Costume:
A traditional monk's outfit in orange and white. A black shirt is worn under it. He wears boxing tape on his hands and has basic black kung-fu shoes on. His hair is long, but cut even all around (almost a bowlcut). He has a tattoo running from around his eye, down his neck, and ending around his hand. He feels this gives him spiritual power (though it doesn't.)

Fatality 1-(Homage)He flips over to them and does an uppercut. They are sent spiraling into the air and fall to earth unconcious. If used on Liu Kang, Teijo runs over and snaps Kang's neck.
Fatality 2-(Solemn Goodbye) He moves over to them. Puts one hand on their face and one on their back. His hands clench and push, and the opponent falls over, unconcious. If used on Liu Kang, he snaps him in half instead.

I'll start my chaarcter's story:

Krozo was considered an omen of death when he was born in Outworld. He was considered this because shortly after birth he started using dark powers. The parents didn't want such a child, so they put him in an orphanage. As a kid, he secretly practiced his powers. When he was 15 years old, he completely destroyed the village for mistreating him. It was very ironic.

Years passed, and he mastered his dark arts. At the age of 27, he wanted to enter the Mortal Kombat Tournament, but was held up by Shao Kahn. Kahn had heard of what Krozo had done to the village, and so Kahn wanted him to be his personal body guard. Krozo refused, and was thrown in a cell for eternity. Krozo tried to escape, but couldn't for the shadow preists put a spell on the walls. Thirteen years passed when a huge explosion killed the preists, allowing Krozo to break out. It was the deadly alliance. They ordered all the men to be in their army. All accepted, but Krozo. Krozo killed all the men in the area except for the Alliance. The two sorcerors attacked, but Krozo was stronger. He had been growing stronger since the last Mortal Kombat. He blasted both with a dark ball of energy, and escaped the cell.

He has been living the normal life ever since, but has felt uneasy that some where, an evil lies that will rise soon

Mage jolted up, it was 3 am on a Sunday...

"crap, I need some sleep, but that stupid dream...."

It was always the same, a storm gathered around Mage as a figure, male, tall and with white, glowing and souless eyes, looked on for a moment then spoke those same words every night, and every night she bolted up, scared and confused.

"what does he mean anyway, what destiny?" she thought, rubbing her head and getting up

As Mage walked to the sink in her apartment, she heard a knock on her door.

"Who would be calling at this hour, someone get kicked out of their aparment again?" she thought as she walked over to answer it

"Hel,,,,," she stopped, no one was there, just a strange envelope, emerald green in color, at her door "cute" she thought and picked it up

Mage opened the strange letter,

"Come brave warrior to the honorable tournament of mortal kombat, You shall be representing Earthrealm under the guidance of your gods, attendance is manitory, the nethership will be waiting for you at the nearest port tommorrow at last light"

A strange symbol adored the bottom of the letter. As Mage closed it her mind began to whir "What is a Mortal Kombat tournament, and a nethership for that matter?" She shruged if off and went back to bed, she planned on getting a translator for the signature, then going to the port near her building, packed and ready for this strange mess. Was this where the wind was to guide her, like the dream said, well no matter, it was something to do after all, things got boring in this town.

It was another stormy night in Zaterra. Chixua and her Shokan army were hiding in the caverns. She was the queen of this shokan tribe. Sh ewanted to rule all the realms. She thought she should start with Zaterra. It was only small and had little defence. She new Reptile wouldn't back down without a fight. During her invasion her shokan scouts came up to her with a peice of paper which read

"I am Shao Kahn. If you rule with me. And become my Queen. We can rule the realms together. You can help me win Earthrealm through "mortal Kombat"

Chixua wasn't sure. She knew who he was but she didn't know much about him. She didn't know if she should become his Queen but she decided to pay a visit to him anyway to discuss matters.....

continued from last night...

That morning, Mage walked to an old professor she knew at the museum, he specilized in different languages, and figured he might know what the symbol on the bottom of her letter meant

"yes, I can translate the symbol for you, it means the dragon king"
"dragon king?" said Mage
"actually I am not surprised, I have heard a bit about this mortal kombat, quite an honor to be invited to fight you know" said the professer smiling
"well, I know I am unusual among other people but still, I am not that good at fighting" Mage said, shruging her shoulders
"well this dragon king thinks differently, I suggest you go, for all our sakes" the professor said more grimly
"all our sakes, what do you mean?" said Mage, scared
"Just go Mage, I am sure everything will clear up when you are on the boat" he said as he walked away


Later that evening, Mage walked to the docks near her home, her prized twin swords on her back, there she saw an old ship, it looked as if it had been used and abused for every dirty job in the book, and a few that weren't written down yet. It seemed like an artifact from a time long past, Mage looked at the ship for a long time when someone tapped her on the shoulder "You gettn' on or what kid?"

Mage spun around, she saw a man, about thirty years in age, behind her, wearing what looked like the googles she would have worn in highschool chemistry, and seemed to have two daggers on his back, he was also wearing a baseball cap, black and backwards.

She nodded at him "yeah, just that I have never seen a ship like this one before"
"wait till you get to the tournament, then you will feel like you have seen everything, name's stryker by the way"
Mage shook his hand "I'm Mage" with that they walked onto the boat, but Mage couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong, she looked up again, and saw him, the figure from her dreams. She shuddered, could he be her guide, she then saw another figure walk up behind the first, another man with long white hair in a braid, and the same glowing white eyes, Mage shuddered again "great two of them" she thought and walked toward an open cabin door. Stryker was already inside "not much, but for the next few days, this is home" he said smiling at Mage
"yeah, who are the creepy housemates outside?" said Mage
"you get used to them, Their names are Raiden and Fujin" said Stryker
"what are they, they can't be human" said Mage
"Yes and no, they are human in looks...." started Stryker
"except for those eyes" said Mage "they are practially souless"
Stryker laughed "don't worry, they won't hurt you"
"right...." said Mage as Fujin and Raiden walked in

There were other fighters in the ship all ready, and everyone looked up when the two men walked in, silence fell over the crowd. Mage backed away as she saw the two, she never saw anyone like them before, they seemed almost ageless, and emotionless. Mage whispered to stryker "which is which?"

"the one with the braid is Fujin" said Stryker

Fujin began to speak

"All of you have been called for the greatest battle of your lives, Onaga has purposed a tournament between realms, and should he win, all living creatures are in danger. Myself and Raiden are counting on each of you to defeat the dragon king for all realms, not just your own"

Mage listened intently "all realms, you mean everyone who exists is in danger" she thought "shit, I am glad a brought my blades" she then felt a pair of eyes on her, it was Raiden, staring at her, or past her intently, either way she felt it, and gulped

The two walked out, but not before raiden took one last glance at Mage, or whoever was behind her. When they left, Mage turned to Stryker "who was Raiden looking at" she asked nervously
"I think you kid" said stryker smirking
"great, I have nightmares about guys like him and he is looking at me" she said, curling up a bit
"Relax, he probably just wants to make sure you are strong enough to take it" said Stryker, but if offered Mage little comfort

The ship began to move, it jerked and shook before Mage felt the soothing motion of the sea under her. "I think this ship needs a tune up" she thought as Raiden walked in again. Mage did all she could to keep out of sight this time, but in vain

"come with me" was all Raiden said, pointing to Mage, it was the same voice from the dreams
"yes sir" was all Mage could say in a small voice and walked up

On deck, Raiden's figure, cloaked in black, looked on the horizon as Mage walked up slowly behind him

"you needed to see me sir" she said softly
"Hmph so formal, Raiden is fine" he said
"Yes sir"
Raiden chuckled a bit "I am surprised, I thought someone with your power and skill would be braver then this"
"power, skill?" said Mage "you must have me confused with someone else, sure I have some ablities but nothing earthshattering"
"Really?" said Raiden "From what I saw, you are one of the stronger mortals in this realm"
"What did you see?"
"Your life...."
Mage only looked on in confusion, was he stalking her? What the hell was going on here?
"what is wrong child" he said softly
"nothing, its just a lot ot sink in is all" said Mage, trying to seem unphased
Raiden continued
"either way little one, as of today you are the Earth's new champion"
"What happened to the old one" asked Mage
Raiden only hung his head sadly and said nothing
"Oh" said Mage "nevermind...I am sorry though"
Raiden smiled, but to Mage it seemed smug, and wicked
"Keep in mind little one you will need guidence and whether you like it or not I am it, as I was with all of Earth's champions"
"Then you...." started Mage
"Yes, I have contacted you in the past, now it is time for your fate to begin"

Mage shuddered and bowed "thank you" she barely said as she walked away quickly

"this is not good" was all she thought as she went back inside, scared to death

I guess ill link the two intro's together.

Chixua made a deal with Shao Kahn. She said she would ally with him temporarily to seee what he has to offer. Chizua went with Shang Tsung and Goro to an island. There they would wait for Earth's warriors to arrive. Chixua could see the ship coming into bay with all of the famous warriors of Earthrealm on it. There was one warrior she did not recognise who was trembling. She was standing in between Raiden and Stryker. Maybe she might be able to tell who it was when the ship got closer.

When the ship was lead to the bay. Sahng gave Chixua and Goro orders to lead the Earth warriors in. The trembling warrior was behind and it was clear that Chixua did not know this infamous warrior. Stryker caught up with the warrior while the Silent guide, Chixua listened as she was taking them to the fortress.

"You okay, Mage?" he said
"I'm a little nervous" Said Mage.

Mage? Chixua thought to herself. But Mage was of no worry to her. It was the warrior, Liu Kang that was the biggest threat. Chixua lead them to the fortress with Goro then the two of them met with Shang Tsung and returned to Shao Kahn......
