I propose a fan fiction game

Keith searched a whole plane of the Nettherealm to no luck. But then he found ashrah.
Keith: Come here DEMON!
Ashrah: Excuse me!?!
Keith: Give me your kriss, and you won't get hurt.
Ashrah: What can you do about it, you mere mortal.
Keith: Mortal!?! I am the God of Light and Darkness! You will obey my command!
Ashrah has a surprsied look on her face.
Ashrah: Oohh uh.... Attack!
Five people who have the same outfit as Ashrah jump out of the shadows.
Ashrah: They have the Brotherhood of shadow, we have the Sisterhood of slayers. Slayers! Kill the God!
The five women jump out, all holding a holy weapon of some sort. The one with a holy mace swings at Keith, but he easily catches the spiked ball, and twists the rod out of her hands. He flips it over, and swings it at her head, effectively killing her. Ashrah's expression turns sour.
Ashrah: Everybody, Kill him!!
The woman holding the holy daggers charges at Keith. He thinks to himself
Keith (to himself): Wait, holy daggers? Holy!? These can't effect me! Great!
The woman with the holy daggers stabs Keith with both of them, they impale his shoulders, but he dosen't even feel it. He breaks both of her shoulders, and snaps her neck. He does the same tactic for the rest, but when he kills the last one, the Kriss imaples him through the stomach. This one he feels.
Ashrah: Not a holy kriss, a demon slayer kriss.
Keith Clutches his stomach, as blood pours out. Ashrah laughs
Ashrah: The death of a god... hahahaha!
Keith grows angry, and his white robes turn black.
Keith: YOU DARE ASSAULT THE GOD OF DARKNESS!
Ashrah is visibly scared.
Keith: Either I DESTROY YOU! or ERMAC DOES! YOuR CHOICE!
Ashrah starts to stutter, so Keith picks her up and brings her to Ermac. Keith changes back to God of Light.
Keith, dropping Ashrah on the floor: Ermac, she's all yours.
Ermac holds his hand up, and kriss flys to him. He throws it at Keith who catches it.
Keith: Why are you giving this to me?
Ermac: Because where Mage is, your powers are not capable of beating.
Keith, taking a step forward. :Where is she?
Ermac: Shao Kahn's main general Reiko, owns a piece of the Nettherealm.
Keith: Ok, I know Reiko has her.
Ermac: Yes, Reiko brought her to his section, which we call Chains. God powers, or magic powers, it's all drained. Except for soul magic. Which is why we know about it. In order to get in, Reiko has to invite you, or someone who has set foot in there has to invite. Fourtanetly for you, we've set foot in there twice. We hereby invite you to enter chains. But remember, the only thing that will work there is the Kriss, other than that, you'll be completely mortal.
Keith: Thank you Ermac. I'll remember this.
Keith zips over Reptile, this time noticing him. Keith zips over them, and he feels the cold feeling again. He feels his powers leaving him. Keith zips right through a barrier, and he drops to the flower. He feels his arm bleeding, and pain shoots up it. He's not used to pain. He sees that everywhere, there are black chains shooting up and down. In the distance he sees a building, he starts to walk there, but Reptile and Stryker catch up.
Stryker: We're heading there too, it'd be smart if we stuck together, like a squad.
Keith: Good Idea.

Reptile nods "I smell raiden around here as well, we might want to find him before...." too late a scream ran out, it was raiden, then mage

Now raiden was trapped in a web of black chains "LET ME GO DEMON" raiden screamed Reiko laughed "two down, one to go" was all he said as he prepared for keith "and don't think something minor like the kriss will stop me" he said looking out toward the horizon "after all...this is my relm"

Keith let Reptile step in first. Then followed. There was black chains everywhere, and in the distance, the chains were wiggling. Keith zipped over there, concealing the Kriss, just to find out that it was a trap. He turned around, and was met with Reiko's war hammer to the face. Everything went black.

Reptile shook his head at the sound "anyone not see that coming, I told him to keep close and keep slow" stryker looked around "any ideas lizard breath?" Reptile shook his head "keep low and find out what reiko wants..."

Keith woke up, tied up besides Mage and Raiden. He noticed immedieatly that it drained his magic enough so he couldn't break out, yet apparently Reiko didn't know about the Kriss because Keith felt it on his waist.
Keith: At least I found you guys.
Raiden was going to respond when Reiko snapped a look up.
Reiko: It seems our prince has awoken huh? It seems here that I have to teach you a little bit about encroaching my pro-
He was interrupted by an explosion. Reiko went flying, and sure enough, there was Stryker, priming another grenade, getting ready to fight reiko. Yet Reptile was no where to be found.

Mage screamed "STYKER GET OUT OF HERE NOW!" when she felt a scaly hand on her shoulder "if he did that then I would be screwed" it was reptile, trying to get the chains off the gods

Reiko smirked "well it seems everyone wants to save the young goddess, too bad, this could have gone so well..." he began to wrap stryker in the chains when reptile pounced "ENOUGH!" he hissed "let the gods go or else" reiko snarled "I would think you had enough sense to stay out of this 'old friend'" rep shook his head "what the hell do you want with a goddess anyways, I thought you where done with deities when shinnok failed to give you what you wanted" reiko laughed "that was shinnok.... this one is different, she has real power, though I'll admit the other two could be....useful" Mage noticed the sword on keith's waist "that thing...can you get it and cut the chains..." raiden nodded sadly "yes, that is a kriss, it could cut these things but we would still be weak" mage sighed "then either way rep and stryker are on their own...."

Keith tried to reposition the kriss so it was pointing at the chains. There was something about Reiko's smirk that seemed familiar. He immedieatly had a flashback, of when his parents were being killed. Shao Kahn had handeled his father, but someone else, with a war hammer had handled his mother. And of course, the Lin Kuei did his son and siblings. Reiko was the man with the hammer keith noticed. Keith felt his inner anger breaking through Mage's barrier she set. But Keith embraced it, this was his secret, he had the potential, but didn't embrace it. He let it guide his hand to the kriss, and he spun, cutting through the chains. "REIKO!!! FACE ME NOW!!!!" Keith transformed into the God of Darkness.

Reptile shook his head "this is gonna end badly...." stryker looked on "why is that scale boy..." reptile sighed "reiko's element as it where is darkness, and keith is currently the god of darkness, thus...." stryker chimed in "we go no where fast even with the kriss...."

Raiden and Mage continued to try and free themselves "damn it, what does that demon want" raiden growled, mage shrugged "I really don't want to know..."

Reiko laughed "really now, do you even think darkness will effect me, a creature that thrives by your power... of course with each blow of the kriss you change back to the god of light, so until then..." reiko raised his hand and mage was dragged away below the surface screaming....

Keith looked to his right, just getting angrier by the sight of Mage screaming. "Do you not know fool?" Keith cut Reiko on the arm with the Kriss, yet he stayed the God of Darkness. "Thanks to that Godess, I can control it. I will remain, and drain, if you know what I mean." Keith took a fighting stance.

Reiko laughed, holding his wounded arm "well that goddess has a new job now" he vanished, as did mage

Reptile and keith got raiden down, he was visably angered but he seemed to know something... "Reiko isn't just after mage... he wants all three of us, I don't know why...." reptile nodded "there was nothing to stop him from killing you fools, from now on listen to me, I know the rules of reiko's games, and rule one is you are his toys, and nothing you hold will help you save your wits" stryker scratched his head "what in hell does that mean?" raiden sighed "it means we should stay alert and be ready to do whatever it takes to find mage" reptile sighed "no.... it means we don't go for the expected goal, but the intended goal" everyone looked at reptile in confusion "let me put it this way, we don't look for mage and we don't leave, either one will cause us to be wrapped up in chains, we need to find out what reiko wants us to do and what he does not want us to do, if we do the goal our demonic friend wishes, he wins and we are screwed, if we do one thing that will save all of us, then we can get out of here with everything"

Reptile sniffed around "we start exploring of course, since I don't think reiko will be kind enough to just tell us how to win"

Meanwhile Mage squrimed in her chains, bound and gagged and looking at reiko with pleading eyes as he smirked "well it seems reptile remembers the rules of my game at least, though either way I will win" mage protested, though she could not be understood, reiko laughed "my dear once those gods join you again everything will fall into place"

Keith fell in behind Reptile, but had a feeling these Chains were a source of power, so every chain he passed, he cut, and he could feel the dark presence getting weaker. "Looks like I have a clue." he said to himself.

Reptile turned "really, what?" keith pointed out what he felt happens when he cuts the chains, reptile shook his head "no, those damn things grow back, reiko is as strong as ever...." stryker looked up "yeah, has anyone cut them with the kriss before?" rep perked up "now that I think about it, no...hmmmm"

Reiko laughed "now to reel in the rest of my prey, as for the two mortals, well, I'll give them a sporting chance...."

Just as Reiko finished his sentence, he felt a sudden loss of strength. With each couple of seconds, he felt it more and more. "They must be cutting the chains. Ok, it will definitely grow back... Now!" Reiko perpared for it, but it never came.

Reptile nodded as stryker and raiden looked around "still to just cut these chains is not enough.... we need to do some detective work"

Mage squrimed in her chains and reiko switched between watching her and watching her friends, he finally let the chain that was holding her silent loose when mage screamed out "GET ME OUT OF HERE" then snapped at the demon "I have no idea what you are up to but leave my gods alone" she began to get a sinking feeling that he was after all three gods all along

"Well Rep, since you know most, you lead us through this." Keith said. He thought he heard Mage's voice, but it was quickly silenced. "Weird. I could of swore I just heard Mage from the... floor." Stryker replied "It's probably just your imagination."

Reptile shook his head "no, mage's voice will sound like its coming from every angle, I get the feeling reiko wants us to screw up more then usual" He began to sniff around, raiden looked up "I have a feeling I know why reiko is so determined to capture all three of us" reptile spun around "really, mind saying something then..." raiden nodded "reiko claims to not need any gods, but his curse is that he must work for them, or he will weaken, his punishment for working for shao kahn and being as brutal as he was." reptile drew back "I knew the guy had secrets but..." raiden continued "thankfully this punishment happened before he could carry out his plan to overthrow kahn, he would have been worse then either onaga or shao" reptile cringed "but only evil gods want his services I take it, noting how merciless he can be" raiden nodded "but if he forces us three to call him our 'servent' while we are caged in this relm..." everyone became sick except reptile "no, he would only need one though, and keith would be to wild to handle, you would be to agressive in your own right, mage would be the only one he could grab, why go for all three?"

Keith opened his mouth to respond when he heard Reiko's booming laughter. "Reptile, it looks like you know my secret, but for once, you are incorrect. There is a reason I want all three, and you Repitle, will gain me more favor." Keith looked on as he heard a deeper, bone-chilling laughter. Everybody turned around as a huge figure stood in the distance. It was the Emporer of Outworld, Shao Kahn.

Reptile hissed "yell at raiden, he told" he snarled then saw the figured "another illusion reiko, to piss of keith, this should be good for a laugh..."

Mage screamed "What is it you want..." Reiko laughed again "well they are right about one thing, one of you three will be my new 'master' as it where, but the other two have different roles"
