I propose a fan fiction game
"Raiden don't worry, I know Fujin and Keith will protect me, and I can defend myself" said Mage, she saw raiden cringe at the thought of seperation "REP STRYKER, STAY WITH RAIDEN" shouted Mage
"Mage if you need me, call out my name" said Raiden "Keith, Fujin, I am trusting you to protect her....and I know you can Keith" said Raiden, as if he knew something no one else did
Keith knew that Raiden knew what had happened while Keith was in the portal. "Mage, Fujin that's go." Fujin knew as well. Keith and the other set off
While the others went off, The arena was attacked, Raiden readied his warriors. The battle was intense, blood and gore flew everywhere as the endless supply of troops came from all angles.
There where some shadows hidden away watching the fight, and awaiting the outcome....but who did they want to win?
The portal led Mage, Fujin and Keith to the palace where Shao Khan himself resided, Mage looked up
"Yikes..." she said
Fujin only looked on, he knew this was it
"Everybody come on! We've got some ass to kick." As Keith and the others entered the palace they were confronted by the Oni Moloch. "What have you done to Drahmin?!" "The same thing that's going to happen to you if you don't move." "You will die NOW!!!!" Keith ducked under a huge blow and kicked Moloch in the face. Fujin did a bicycle kick to Moloch.
Mage aimed a psyonic blast at the oin "HEY UGLY!" she shouted and sent the beast flying "JUST WANTED TO WISH YOU A NICE TRIP!" she yelled as the oin fell to earth, smashing to peices on impact
"Too easy" thought Mage
The battle in the arena raged on as Raiden alone struck down wave after way of soliders, Reptile and Stryker did all they could to destroy as many foes as possible, Reptile flying into a rage each time he was surrounded
The deadly allance watched in glee as the warriors fought what seemed like an endless battle "Fools" said tsung "They won't survive"
"Nice shot Mage." As Keith and the others continued into Shao Kanh's palace they were approached by the Deadly Alliance. "I thought you were fighting with your soldier. I should of known that you were cowards." A fight insued. Keith decided to fight Quan Chi again. "Hey asshole, remember this?" Keith did a sweep kick and with his base leg propelled himself up into the air and with his leg kicked Quan Chi into the wall. Quan Chi actually surprised Keith with a roundhouse kick because Keith wasn't expecting Quan Chi to really know how to fight. As Keith went flipping into the wall he hit Fujin. Keith helped Fujin up just as he got hit into the wall by Quan Chi. Keith shot himself off the wall and tackled Quan Chi. This is were street fighting kicked in. Keith mounted himself onto Quan Chi, got out of the half-guard and started raining down elbows, forearms, and punches. Quan Chi was so busy trying to protect his face he didn't realize that Keith's knee was digging into his kidney. Every second that passed was one second closer to a ruptured Kidney. Finally, when blood began to come out of Quan Chi's mouth he relized that Keith's knee was in his kidney and rolled over. Keith was still on Quan Chi but on his back. Keith took this opportunity to take Quan Chi's head and bang it on the ground. Keith then did the technique the gods taught him. His hand became pure light and he plunged it into Quan Chi's chest (on his heart). Darkness started pouring out every hole in his body until he began to seziure as his skin became whiter and whiter. He had just stopped for three seconds when he exploded.
Mage stared down tsung "you fucker..." she growled, she could not forgive what he did to both her and raiden
"What's wrong, I'm I not good enough for you" tsung joked "My my aren't we a picky little girl"
"STOW IT" shouted Mage "You are nothing but a old man with a bitter heart and parlor tricks" she snarled "Hell I bet you have to steal souls and imitate others cause you are nothing but a shell, worthless and useless"
"I WILL SHOW YOU WHO THE WORTHLESS SHELL IS!" screamed tsung as he launched his attack, sending the souls of those he killed to rip Mage limb from limb but she was ready for it and raised her hand to them, glowing "You forget tsung, mental and spritual control are my specialties" she said, sending the ghosts back to the grave "and lord raiden and lord fujin have given me the control and skill to use it perfectly"
"No matter, I will rip you apart myself" said tsung, lunged at mage
"Hmph, how lame is that" said mage as she kicked the wizard out of the sky, then sliced him in half with her blades "and by the way you are a lousy kisser" she said as tsung lay dying
"That was fast Mage." As Keith walked up to the group with blood on his face. "Fujin should I use my li-" "No. You will absorb all the souls and become tainted, let him wither and die and let the souls leave." "Okay." And the group proceeded foward. Finally they reached the Throne Room ( The one from DA/D where Shao Kahn dies.) . Shao Kahn was sitting on the Throne facing everyone. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Keith, you're back. I thought you died along with your family. You want escape this time." As everyone stepped forward for the fight Keith said with an inner anger "Leave him to me!!!" Shao Kahn stepped forward and the battle started. Fujin screamed out "Don't forget, this is the real Kahn and not a trick." Just as he said that, Goro and Motaro walked in and challenged Mage and Fujin to Mortal Kombat. Keith started the fight with a roundhouse kick that Shao Kahn caught and flung Keith across the room. Keith just got up and charged at Shao Kahn, Kahn just stuck out his foot and Keith got kicked in the face. Keith relized that aimless fighting will always make you lose. Concentrate on your moves not you're opponents. Shao Kahn took out his hammer and started swinging it crazily. Keith ducked under it and kicked Kahn in the stomach. Kanh doubled over and Keith heel kicked him in the face and blood spit out of his mouth. Kahn used the time for Keith to get his leg back down to shoulder rush him. Keith went flying threw a pillar. As Keith stood up Shao Kahn threw his uppercut. Keith went crazy! He started throwing attacks at anything. Shao Kahn didn't even know what had hit him. He went flying into pillars walls and even into Goro once. At one point, Keith punched him so hard that Kahn's mask flew off. Keith liked the thought that kahn was feeling pain and suffering. As Kahn was taking his dying breath Keith was about to Kick off kahn's head when he remembered what the gods had said. Keith's hand became all light once more and he plunged it into Kahn's heart despite his own wishes. Kahn screamed out in pain and blew up in a cloud of darkness.
Mage looked at fujin "which one do you want, the horse or the shokan"
"Ladies first" said Fujin bowing
"Fine, I call the centur" she said and went at motaro, Fujin wasted no time with goro, sniping him with his crossbow through the heart, killing him instintly "I prefer no to deal with brutes thanks" muttered fujin
Mage was having some trouble with motaro "Get I can't kill the guy with my blasts, guess its time for the personal touch, she thought as she did her haunted sawblade attack
"What are those little toys going to do to me" laughed the centuar
"Watch" said Mage smirking and one second later, motaro fell to peices on the floor in shock
"weak..." thought Mage and saw the remains of Khan "Feel better keith?" she asked
"No. It was to easy. I wish I could still be hurting him so he could of felt the pain my family felt. I hope every oni in the nettheralm eats him. That bastard deserves every betryal and ounce of pain he recieved. What happened with... Oh. I se you're done. Fujin. Did you even touch him?" "No. I used my crossbow." "good choice. You two go help Raiden with his battle. I have some more unfinished buisness to attend to." As they left, a portal opened. Keith stepped in. "It seems you have passed the test Keith. Or should I say..... Champion."
Mage was worried "That should have cooled his heels a bit" she thought but she knew she had to go back to raiden and help him, not that it was needed
The battle was over, Raiden held the head of one of the soilders "Well, back so soon" he smirked "Yeah by the way tsung is either dying or dead, so no need to worry bout him, same with khan"
"Where is keith" asked Raiden, consired
"back at khan's palce, he said something about unfinished business" said Mage "Maybe I should go back and get him" she said
"I'll go with you" said raiden "I want to see my old 'friends' in their current conditions"
"We should go too" said Reptile, looking at stryker and fujin "Since there isn't much left to do here"
Stryker nodded "yeah, you could have given us time to clean up" he joked
"cute" said Mage
Fujin and raiden summoned a portal and they headed back to khan's palace, but mage couldn't shake the feeling that something else was up
Keith stepped out of the portal to see Raiden,Mage,Stryker,Fujin, and Reptile standing there. "Did you guys?" "Only me and Fujin were able to see it." "So then you know?" " Yes." "Raiden, you can explain it to them."
"Explain what?" said Mage worried "Keith what are you not telling us?"
"Hmmmm" said Reptile "This could be a good or bad thing"
Raiden smiled "Its all right, It just seems that Keith has a higher calling then we knew"
"But I thought scorpion...." started reptile, mage snapped "What are you guys talking about?" stryker nodded "yeah mind telling the two humans what's going on"
"Keith is the new champion of the elder gods it seems" said Fujin
"Huh, explains the ablity to blow people up" joked Mage "But from what rep had said, wasn't that scorpion's job?"
"It was Scorpion's job. But he failed. He had tried to attack Onaga and he failed misserably. He nearly was ripped apart. Luckily he was able to teleport. He had than turned against the gods and traveled to outworld. Than found Shinnok in the nettherealm. He followed him here when we were attacked. That's why I let him go. I respected him."
Reptile sneered "that specter deserves no respect, he keeps changing sides"
"Like you?" asked Raiden with a sideways glance
"Yes like m....HEY!" said reptile, Mage and stryker laughed
"Careful lizard breath, raiden has everyone's number remember" said stryker
"well congrads keith, of course this means I can't let you have the mortal kombat champion's title, one is enough you know" said Mage smirking
"You don't have to let me have it. I'l take it anyway." Keith replied with a smirk.
"right, we will see" said Mage, she was in this for the long haul
"if there still is a tourament after this mess" chimed in reptile
"Knowing onaga, there will be, this was a minor distraction to him" said raiden almost growling "get some rest everyone, your matches will be annouced in the morning"
"Rest, Yeah Right. I don't think you get sleep from just ending your biggest problem in your life, and becoming the elder god champion. It just dosen't happen that way. Rest is the last thing on my mind."
Mage looked and streched "Ironicly I have been getting some of the best rest in my life, then again I don't have a certian god giving me messages and by default nightmares every damn night anymore" she stared at raiden with a wicked gleam in her eye, Reptile Keith and stryker all snickered, raiden only sank down
"I do belive the first time she saw you she said she had nightmares about guys like you, guess she wasn't kidding" said stryker laughing
"All right enough all of you, we do need some rest for tommorrow" said fujin calmly "dispite the recent events"
"Alright, you won't see me until the morning. Dosen't mean I'm sleeping but don't come bothering me unless you really need me or anything." And Keith left the group to go into his room. He was hoping a certain someone would need to talk to him.
Mage looked as everyone but raiden scattered "are you coming" asked raiden
"In a minute, I am a little worried about keith, he should be happy about shao being dead" thought Mage "Hell if I ever got the chance to off the bastard that killed my family...."
"Go then, but don't take too long" said raiden, kissing her lightly on the head
Mage headed to keith's room
"Keith, is there anything you wanna talk about" she asked knocking softly
"Well, kind of but I can't. It's like I'm in a competition with a god that always wins. It is impossible and yet I still try. Mage there's something I have to tell you. I lo-"
Mage stopped him "What?" she was surprised, "ummm wow....I'm flattered" she didn't know what to say, and just fell back
neither one knew of the third pair of ears listening, eyes glowing white...
the eavesdropper stumbled back to his room "damn it..." he thought "She wouldn't want me now....I'm a monster to her still, he's a champion a hero" the long white hair of the thundergod fell over his face as he sat and thought
Mage looked at keith for another moment before saying what she needed "Why me though?" she asked "I mean there are prettier girls out there, and ones with less personality problems then me..." she stammered
"I shouldn't of said that. I'm sorry. If Raiden ever found out I'd be done. Can we just forget this ever happened? But let it be known that I stand by my statement. Bu-" "HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Raiden blew down the door. "Raiden wa-" Raiden cut him off with a burst of lightning. Keith cryed out in pain. He remember the Elder Gods words "Beware of Raiden. He is not normal. You must know that when the time arrises, you must defeat him." Keith pertended to whimper in pain on the floor. But Raiden didn't but it. "You scumbag!" He blasted more lightning at him. Keith was in pain but he fought off the lightning and threw a kick at Raiden. Raiden's moves were as fast as lightning and he blocked it and threw a punch. Keith went flying out the door into the middle of the arena. Everyone woke up and surrounded the arena. Fujin stepped up "Raiden you must stop this at onc-" Raiden threw lightning at Fujin and Fujin went flying into the crowd. When Raiden turned around he saw something surrounding Keith. It was a white aura. "What you don't know Raiden is what the god's turned me into. I'm Keith, God of Light." And just like that Raiden relized what he had done. This wasn't no ordinary champion. He was meant to be a god. Keith threw attacks faster than light. He moved even faster. All Raiden felt was pain. But he relized a pattern. Keith was a God, but he was still an amateur. Raiden thrust out his arm and caught Keith. He let every electric part of him into Keith. Keith tried everything to escape but he couldn't. He went to his last resort. "MAGE, HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Mage was weeping at this point "STOP IT ALL OF YOU!" she screamed and her energy burst, knocking everyone away, reptile and stryker ran in "WHAT HAPPENED" all they saw was Mage crying "Just stop it...."
Both raiden and keith got up shaking mage looked at them both, glowing with her energy again angry "IF EITHER ONE OF YOU WANT ME THEN BEHAVE YOURSELVES, NO MORE FIGHTING!" she yelled and stormed off, stryker followed "I better make sure her and fujin are ok, rep you sort things out here" he said
"Good idea" said reptile "ok you two fess up, what the hell happed and what did you two do to piss her off like that"
