Although when you explain it the idea,
kind of, has some situation to it, I don't think it makes an awful lot of sense, let alone seeing it animated. It's an acid spit and a body split rolled into an odd combinational fatality.
But more importantly than that, what the hell is going on with the speed? It goes really slow, then really quickly when he spits the acid, and then really slow again for the texts.
Dunno what framerate you're using, but it's obviously quite good as the spitting looked really smooth, but it looks like you're using too many frames per sprite.
Try to get the whole animation consistent.
Also didn't like the glowing insides at the end. If they needed to be acidic, best to pallete swap them, or at least tint them in flash rather than applying a glow.
