Yeah, it just looks like a plain Scorpion drawing. The picture is good but it has nothing to do with the idea. I suggest drawing his "Past Life" next to his head in a little thought bubble.

I think he is, because if you look in his left eye (your right) you can see his eyes forming back, I guess he is thinking how human he was or something. IDK
