made this model in 3d sudio max... based of *Nar*'s scorpion costume.

still working on smoothing out some of the jaggies and fixing the rig a bit. also going to texture the yellow eventually and post some cool videos of him animated.... check out the images below and tell me what u think.

oh and i suppose i need to make a spear and rope aswell for some "get over here" animations.

Try to shape the head more like a human's
Either that is the problem or the shape of his mask is really, really, really, terribly modeled.
Not bad at all though.
