OMG, even your RPGMaker games suck... Just stop now. Seriously, if you dont understand RPG maker enough to write your own scripts then go and practice before posting your stuff here, because seriously no one cares to see your shit. Its pointless, useless, and thoughtless. It doesn't take a mentally challenged kid or even a preschooler to post something at the caliber any and all of your work is done at... one day you will wake up out of your sugar rushed and ADD induced fantasy land and realize you don't have a place in fake, animation, and or game making. I'm sorry, skull me if you must, but this is crap.
::EDIT:: I see apparently your not using RPGMaker? Weird that sprite is from the RPGMaker XP RTP. oh well Im sure your crap still stinks like shit.
