________The Sub-Zero Saga_________

part one:

Sub-Zero: "This place... So unorthodox. Why must I take such a strange path?Im starting to think second thoughts about being in this competition.I dont know what it is but i have a bad feeling about this place, like its drawing me into a trap.Im not strong enough to face whats ahead. I can feel it... somehow i know it.But I have to.To show the clan my true power."

-Sub-Zero runs to the place, that now taunts him with curiosity. He finaly makes it to his destination, and is ready to fight in the competition-

Shang Tsung: "Welcome to Mortal Kombat! This is a strict and orderly competition. The rules are simple, you will all sign a release approving you’re death, and who ever gives up, or dies loses. The remaining 6 of you, will fight in the extreme competition."

-Sub- Zero was signed up to fight a man called pou gong. They faught, and soon enough Pou Gong gave up. Next was aperently another ninja from another clan. His name was reptile. Now this was a true challenger. He was much faster than Sub-Zero, and used incredible teqnieques, that Sub- zero had never seen. He had faught S-Z down to the bottom of a pit. He was incredibly unconsieious, and didn’t even realize that he was losing. In fact he hadn’t even thrown a punch. When he realized that he was dying, there was a slight thought of giving up, but he couldn’t, he had to win the competition for his clan. So he came back, he tried freezing him several times, but he kept dodging. So that was out of the question. Then he got an idea. As Reptile leapt for him he dodged back, leaving a trail of ice in front of him. That was it. Reptile was frozen, now it was time to do his stuff. Punches and kicks galore. Super combos! Everything S-Z was winning now, just one more combo and reptile would definitely give up. But whats this, reptile, disappeared. Apparently he had won the match.-

???"Good job... I have a feeling that you’re going to make it in this competition, with that performance.", said a mysterious man from out of the shadows.

S-Z:" who are you?"

???:"You will soon find out..."

-S-Z didn’t quite understand that comment. Was it a threat?...
Well S-Z had a couple more fights, that weren’t that big, and now he’s in the extreme competition. First he faught Kano. Wasn’t, that big of a fight, probably S-Z's second hardest fight yet. From his markings S-Z could tell, he was a member of the Black dragon clan. He beat Kano. Now onto Sonya, who was a bit harder. And now onto Scorpion, who seemed to bear the suit of a clan rival to the Lin- Kuie.He knew that this was going to be trouble. He started the match by throwing an ice, which was dodged in a manner, never before seen by him. I was as if he teleported it. Next thing he knows, he get brutally punched in the back of his head, then he got burned in multiple parts of his body, in some way he wasn’t able to see. Last but not least, a spear pierced through his body. It was unbelievable, how strong this person was. There was no doubt about it, he gave up. But Scorpion kept on going. It was that time that he knew he was going to die for sure. But all the sudden out of nowhere, a blinding light appeared, and Shang-Tsung, had went through it. This distracted Scorpion enough to, run away.

Part two:

Sub-Zero:"Out world, it brings back alot of memories.Just thinking about them gives me chills.But the quest is immanent.Ive been training for this.Ive been training hard.And that creature, the ninja... what does he want from me? I can feel him now.The same feeling I had last time.I know it’s him."

-Sub-Zero walked, pausing after every couple steps, feeling the burning soul coming closer and closer.He could now here the obvious footsteps, of the creature inching and inching.How long would he keep this taunting up, when would he pounce. S-Z started to sweat, he was getting nervous.By this time he could smell the fire, he could feel it piercing his skin. Was he dying? Was this some kind of demonic murder? Paranoid thoughts raced through his mind. He started to speak-

Sub-Zero:"I know you’re out there! What are you doing?!Come and face me coward!"

Scorpion:"I am not the coward in this situation. You can smell my fire, and I can smell your fear...You are nothing to me"

S-Z:"Oh I’m not? You are a fool! I’ve been training, training hard."

Scorpion:"No... It’s you who id the fool Sub-Zero! I am infact, aware of your 'training'. I is still nothing, compared to my power!But it is not me who is going to kill you, I’d rather not lift a finger. I worked for Shou-Khan, under the condition of your death, long ago. I couldn’t find you but now I can. And now that you’re in outworld it’s not my job to kill you, its Shou-Khans. And trust me he’s stronger than both of us."

-in an instant Scorpion disappeared in a fiery blaze.-

Sub-Zero:"Surely he was only bluffing!"

-S-Z walked off through the mountains to continue his quest...
He finally made it, to Shou-Khan's tower. He found himself among many others. None of which noticed each other. Then with a deep fierce voice came...-

Shou Khan:"You have all been summoned here to be destroyed! You will be imprisoned by my soldiers, until your time comes!"

-The warriors of outworld including Scorpion, fought their way through us(the good ones) and captured them.Most of these warriors were no stronger than us, but they were empowered by Shou-Khan’s spirit.S-Z was captured as well. But he got an early visit by Scorpion. Too tired to resist, S-Z was carried to Shou-Khan's thrown.-

Shou Khan:"How dare you enter my thrown without authorization!"

Scorpion:"But emperor Shou-Khan, we had a deal, that you would give this one’s soul."

Shou-Khan:"I’m not a man of my word Scorpion.Guards throw this one in the pit!”

Scorpion:"What!? Who do you think you are!? I demand this! Or feel my wrath!"

Shou-Khan:"You are in no place to demand me Scorpion! You will die!"

Scorpion:"Fool! You can not kill the undead!"

Shou-Khan:"watch me!"

-Scorpion through S-Z down, there was now a chance to escape once more. And he did, it was another slim escape. S-Z realized that this type of work was too dangerous, he returned to his temple, and quit the Lin-Kuie.

part three:

-Out world the most merciless place to find an experimental creature to succeed your every demand.And that’s just what Shang-Tsung was doing, finding that one right creature.He was walking through without a care in the world, when he looked and he saw the perfect monstrous creature to practice his new spell.-

Shang-Tsung:"You will do just fine for me."

Tarkatan:"Who the hell are you!"

Shang-Tsung:"Your new master."

Tarkatan:"What!!I serve no one!"

Shang-Tsung:"Is that so?"

-Shang-Tsung dodge one blow clumsily thrown by the wandering Tarkatan warriar.He sent a flaming skull into the Tarkatans soul.It was dead.Shang-Tsung carried the beast back to Shou-Khans soul chamber, and experimented in front of him, to prove that Shou-Khans plans to take over Earth realm, could be carried out by him.He quickly resisted his spell, and sent ultimate power throughout the Tarkatans body, bringing him back to life.He would from then on be called "PRODIGY".This name was given to him by Shou-Khan.But during the test Prodigy, became unpredictable, uncontrolable.He started to fight back, against everything.Nothing could stop it, not even Shou-Khan himself.-

Shou-Khan:"Stop this beast at one Shang-Tsung!"

Shang-Tsung:"That’s a bit harder than you would imagine Emperor!I would have to lay him down, and recite an oath!"

Shou-Khan:"Men!You keep this creature from leaving the tower...lay him down, that’s an order do you understand?!

Men:"Yes your majesty!"

Shou-Khan:You really did it now 'Tusng!And unless you stop that thing it’s your ass!And until further notice, your off the project!

'Tsung:"What!that’s outrageous!It was one little mistake!"

Khan:"You dare question me!?"

Tsung:"..."

Men:"We got 'em master!"

-Shang-Tsung put the beast asleep in a chamber marked PRODIGY.-

Shou-Khan:"You got lucky this time.I'll give you one last chance, but don’t fail me again!And another thing, I sent you here, to find a Shokan, not a god damn Tarkatan!I could care less about your experiments 'Tsung.You do what I tell you, not what you want to do, understand?!

Tsung:"Yes...master..."

Part 4:

-After the almost certain death of Sub-Zero, he decided to quit the Lin-Kuie, for it was too dangerous for him.That strange ninja creature was (to his appearance) after because he was Lin-Quie.He had heard That Shao-Khan was still alive.But he was not going back to the competition and/or ruthless death battle.He was done for good.But...-

Sub-Zero:"What the hell!"

Shoa-Khan:"Welcome Earth mortals!Today you all die!"

Raiden:"No Shoa-Khan!We shall see who dies today!"

Shoa-Khan:"RAIDEN, you have interfered with my plans for the last time!"

-Raiden a Shoa-Khan faught a raging battle.He must have been teleported there by Shoa-Khan.Every body started racing towards Shoa-Khan.But in a flash, all of his evil men, appeared in front of him. But there was no sign of Scorpion.This was good.He faught, trying to make his way to Shoa-Khan.With Scorpion out of the way, his confidence returned.Now he was in buisness.He was hit in the face a couple of times, but he ignored it.Then he got jumped.Hit after hit, hurt after hurt.Now he was angry, he exploded with a big ball of ice.He raced up to the top of Shoa-Khans piramaid.Just as Sub-Zero reengaged in his attack, Raiden got knocked off of the top.He beat Raiden!?Now he was afraid.He thought fast and froze Shoa-Khans hammer.Now it was hand to hand kombat,that would be a little easier.But it was too late, Khan had already grabbed him by the neck.It was all over for Sub-Zero.But then at the perfect time, Lui-Kang had thrown a flying kick at Shoa-Khan.He was let down.But this time he wouldn’t run away, he had to see this.
