IMDB tell us a lot of bullshits,it's like Wikipedia it's not affidable.
If you search IMDB you'll find that there is a special episode of Mk Conquest called resurrection.
"Resurrection" has never been made.,so it is a fake.
Now,until i do not know the official date by Mink or some other "official" guy(for example who is working on the movie) i'll don't believe in any single date.
So i guess we'll have a new ...untile then be careful

IMDB I wouldn't go to for release dates, but it's still the best movie site out there as far as what the movies about, trailers and such.I've found movies on there that no other site has had or even heard of.

WE all know that making a movie is a very hard thing to do:script,casting,budget,filming,etc.Theese are all operations that require years of hard work.
Howevr the problem ios another;i'm not complaining about the "2010" thing,but about another problem,a TRUE problem.
oh,never mind,the problem s are more than one and now i'll explain some:
1)all previous news are fake,and all rumors were fakes;nothing worng with it,but Treshold credibility?
2)2010:as Zentile said is a realistic release date(you're right),but unluckly there's a little problem:are we sure that a ot of people will have their interest for MK Franchise after three years?And are we sure that we can replace the former MK Fanboys with new Fans?
other Three years of waiting are too much,and if i'm not worng there was a previous script done,but it was cancelled.Why waste a lot of time?
3)if the script isn't really done,can Mink explain me why in the hell he choose to make a "MK:Begins"(i call in this way the new MK 1 movie,as Batman begins).He need to remake,in a very different way,Annhiliation,not the forst movie,and that was a very good and underrated movie.
4)IMDB is not crdible,i'm sorry;as i've said above it's like Wikipedia,everyone can write what he want,and always will be someone that believe in it.

Look this movie is Current Generation based on Mortal Kombat 1. Mink will probably set up a website for it. it probably wont be MortalKombat.com, the website is for the New Line movies. As IMDB.com, don't worship their info, it changes all the time. they had Chris Casamassa attached to the new movie, but now that's missing and Christopher Lambert is list as depending.

Hmm I got some bad news buddy.MK3 isnt gonna happen.I called new line which btw they have nothing to do with mk3 or any future mk media.But they do own the rights to mkc which btw if you dont know is the reason why we havent got a mkc dvd set.But I called Threshold,someone asnswer.I think her name was either sara or sharon one of the two.But i ask her and shes like,"i have no idea what your talking about"so i ask to be connected with someone that might.Well john searon?Answers the phone,the question mark is cause i have no idea who he is.But when i asked about mk3,he saids there are no plans for another mk movie.So i called Universal,their not happy cause they have no idea where this rumor came about where they were gonna help release it.
