goro was a sub-boss twice once in mk1 and once in mk4.
talk about the shokan and no,mkt he doesn`t count as a sub-boss,more like a sub-sub-sub-boss.

im not into goro anymore, theres to many big bosses now and there are a total of three four armed shokans, sheevah, goro and kintaro. its not interesting anymore
Ahem, Overview of Goro:

MK
Goro had to kill the great Kung Lao to get where he is, as champ of Mortal Kombat alongside his master Shang Tsung. He gets beaten up by Liu Kang (or Johnny Cage if you believe that plot point), and loses with the title the 9 previous wins and the hope of Outwold taking over Earthrealm.

MKT
Goro is just here to take space. Nothing new.

MK4
Goro is sub-boss again, although he has no place in the story. It is here that Princess Kitana forges a peace treaty between the Shokan and the Centaurs. Goro was to represent the Shokan, and gets attacked by Kung Lao in a revenge strike for his anscestor. It is here that the feud is settled.

DA
Goro helps Kitana lead the offensive against Shao Kahn's remaining forces, led by Kano. He gets killed by Noob and is buried...or so we thought.

Unchained
As it turns out, Shao Kahn managed to save Goro and proposes a deal: If Goro helped Kahn regain power in Outworld, the Shokan would return to favored status and the Centaurs will be banished. Goro puts his Royal Seal on a random Shokan corpse, and advances.

Armageddon
Goro still remains w/ /Kahn. Nothing much else...

ooookkk, well im just saying theres 3 characters that are very similar to eachother and goro is nothing new or special anymore. he has the same job as always
In a sense, you're right, but they aren't all the same. Their movelists speak this point.

all together they perform slow attacks but there also powerful but if they miss well they have possibilities of something bad. there movelist yeah is different but not by much and they all come from the same region though.
In a general sense, that's what I was saying.
