Upgraded with cleaner effects and lighting. It also contains more streamlined sprite/prop placement

Everything but Shang Tsung himself looks good in this. I would of liked either another pose, the green glow to be red, or a altered sprite. Something to liven the left hand side of the screen up. Right side=good, left side=dull.

It's like....almost exactly the same as the original. The hell looks kinda darker though. And you still didn't try to fix the floor problem.

I really would like to view the original and ver. 2 next to each other. I'm guessing that the difference is minimal if anything at all. Nothing looks updated or improved, or even changed for that matter...

Blood is the same as always (high punch spray from MK3) which is even more copy and paste... I'm surprised that no one has pointed this out before.



And really, that red stuff looks poorly done, like you couldn't decide if you wanted it red or gray at first or you used a poor choice on the layer blending options, because it is really desaturated and flat looking. It has no body or volume.

Anyway, congratulations on "editing" this by rotating Nightwolfs bow and adding a drop shadow behind Tsung's hands.

BTW, since when did Tsung have dominion over Hell? He can control souls, but not the ones he doesn't physically remove through magic... So the green power and red effect don't go well, unless of course you release this on Christmas.

Yea deciding the color of Shang's power glow was a tough one. I decided to stay true to his character and go with green, since that color isn't exclusive to his soul powers.
