If what Ed said is true what would you like to happen next?

Queen Mileena? Undead heroes revolt? WHITE NINJA? Just putting it out there.

I actually like mortal kombat 4 but than again I am a mortal kombat fan.

I don't think he means that it will not be based on mortal kombat at all I think he means it will be a great deal diffrent because of all the stuff that happened in this last game.

They could still bring in Shinnok and elements from MK4 while also bringing in some new material.

I just don't want the next few MK games being re-imaginings of past games. That's really depressing.

I want them to go in a crazy new direction. Make Lui Kang turn evil or something, IDK. I don't want the same timeline with slight changes. Something new...please?

I agree, but when they tried that (Cyber Sub-Zero) everyone flipped shit.

I loved it, it was a breath of fresh air, and I hope that he stays automated.

That's cool. I really didn't like MK4's story. I know it was a new villian, but the characters didn't interest me, and it just seemed more convoluted.

I wouldn't mind a story mode dlc pack that covers some MK4 events in this time line. Because, it isn't really possible to gloss over those things whenver Shinnock is plotting some shit at the end of MK9.

It's kind of shocking how many people actually expected MK4-2.

They aren't just going to repeat themselves that blatantly.
They did everything they did in MK9 for a reason.
