Sold my previous MK to my nephew and just got the Komplete Edition. But there was no code in it for going online (wanted to give that one to my nephew if I could go online with my previous online pass). I can go online, so I thought my previous pass worked. Then I tried going online on another account aswell and that worked too.

So anyone noticed this aswell, or did other have an online pass code in their copy? I've got a european one.

There was no online pass in my copy, and I can still get online.
All stats/settings were also the same as they had been before.

with the old copy, u now can go online without an online pass.

Maybe online is so shit they don't feel they can seriously charge for it.

Can anyone who has *never* bought this game new and entered a legitimate Kombat Pass please confirm if used copies no longer need the code to play online? Thank you.
