You were already told in your own thread: he only has one alternate costume: his UMK3/MKT garb, which you will only unlock if you beat Bonus Challenge Tower.

I have a picture of it here.
Anyhow, you can play as Cyber Kahn (CSZ with Shao Kahn's moves) in one challenge. He looks the same, except he's got an aura (very hard-to-see black smoke) around him.
Edit: What the hell? I was doing a Bonus Challenge Tower mission with Stryker and spamming his pistols, and he would continually shout out, "Old school!" as a taunt. I've never, ever heard that before.
Is that new?

Some of this stuff is a little too gimmicky for me. Cyber Skarlet, really? They need to cut that shit out. Turning people into robots doesn't automatically make them cooler. Also, the Tremor challenge, while creative, isn't so amazing in practice.

I like miniature kombat, though. That's classic comedy right there.

So they had plenty of dev time to waste modelling a whole cyborg-with-female-anatomy skin for ONE challenge tower mission...but not to bother turning any of Sektor or Cyrax's costumes purple. Lovely.

I guess it could be. At first glance, the chest plates seem rounder, like tits. The motion blur on the video is messing with my eyesight I think.
Still, Skarlet as a cyborg, Reptile as a cyborg, why not, we got all the time in the world. But reference Cyber-Smoke ever again, even in our goofy challenge tower full of obscure references and gags? Why the hell would we do that? It's not like this game was deliberately marketed as a nostalgia-trip for fans of the original trilogy or anything...

Going by the video. The gimmick for this is she can't use her blood related moves [ie. Blood Ball. How she teleports is anybody's guess since she stabs herself for that too]

Now all we need to know is if someone can hack this game to see if there's any additional secrets, find out Tremor's Fatality/Fatalities if there really is one, see if there's anymore Hidden Fights, there easily could be.

Cyber Kahn is the epitome of originality.

On the subject of "Cyber-Kahn", did they bother to finally add text to Cyber-Sub-Zero's ending in the Vita version, or is it still incomplete?

Now it all makes sense. I'm disappointed though. I was hoping he' have an unmasked costume... but hope it appears in the next game. With him, Kenshi & Skarlet playable. That is if they can make an unmasked costume for Skarlet as well.

If she does not get that in MK10, then NS is stupid. Shoulda finished it, along with her, though.

why does tremor launch in to the air?

In certain challenges, you shake the Vita to knock the opponents into the air where you can juggle them, so as to actually damage them. Some challenges require you to shake the Vita to make buffs fall from above.

Much like the console Challenge Tower's tilt-the-world stages, there are stages where you tilt the Vita to change the angle of the arena, giving buffs to the player on the 'up' side.
In the final challenge, you have to utilize some of the Vita's features to defeat Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain, and Kahn.

Yeah. I would have definitely preferred an unmasked costume rather than some stupid palette swap.
Oh, yeah! I almost forgot: if there's any truth to one of the challenges, Sheeva has a daughter. (I assume it's a daughter, as it's baby Sheeva rather than baby Goro.)
Also, the DLC characters are now available in Test Your Luck reels, as I fought Skarlet in Challenge Tower.
