Trying to remember this game but can't remember the title... pretty sure it was for Playstation and I think there was a "13" or some type of number involved with it (and no, I know it's not Braindead 13)

It was a platform game where you could defeat enemies by throwing them into various traps such as electricity, spikes, fire etc. Your main weapon was this electric arm that could grab onto enemies, lift them up and throw them into the traps. One level in particular seemed to be themed after Friday the 13th because there were enemies with hockey masks.

This has been bugging me for years!
