Is there anything (skins gear etc) that unlocks in the console version by using the mobile game?

So far, only Grid.

On a unrelated note, I'd say.

If you liked MKX and the first Injustice mobile, then download this.

Personally, I'm tired of touching the screen and swiping it randomly. This kind of games requires no skill, just a rushdown on improving your characters ASAP with money or ton of grinding.
The jumping and crouching attacks add literally no value to the gameplay, and repeating the same combos all over again becomes boring.

I played it a bit, I even unlocked a gold character (Red Cyborg or something), but other than higher stats there is no real difference with silvers, at least in MK X onl Gold and Diamonds had x-rays.

I'll play it once in a while, but for now is the same mobile game as ever: great graphics, poor quantity and quality of contents.

Story mode cutscenes are great tough, but I hope they release it all at once, instead of single episodes. It made sense up until a week ago to avoid spoilers, but now the full story mode is on the internet, there's no point to conceal it anymore behind an episodic release.

I couldn't really get into the mobile games for Injustice or MKX. However I'm addicted to the Injustice 2 mobile game, so much so I keep forgetting I actually have Injustice 2. Between the mobile and console game, even MK:D didn't give me this much too do. Thank you Netherrealm, this is all your fault :p
