An interesting Kitana line seems like you can fight her!

Also can you fight Frost, Mokap, Quan Chi, Drahmin too?

My thoughts
This may be it...
If these are ALL of the Entire speeches, and items of this game, I worry that there are indeed NO MORE than what these Unheard speechs may deliver.
If there are MORE quests, and more items in this game, it must be in a hidden file, people can't hack into yet.

The Many lines from that Fisherman and the his wife about buying a fish with a Ring inside has NO frigging quest to it?
Unbelievable, just look at the dialog, again:
"Sir, would you care to buy a fish? It is quite fresh....
It is said that many years ago, a fish caught on this shore was found to contain a jeweled ring....
Perhaps this very fish is blessed with such a prize. You will never know unless you buy it!
Fish for sale! Fresh fish for sale!
Sorry sir, but I am only interested in speaking to potential customers..
Sorry sir, but I refuse to speak to ruffians such as yourself...

What's most interesting and bothering me is there are NO MORE mentions of the Ninja Star, None whatsoever.
ErmacMk5 said the developers may taken out this quest, and he may be right.
Why you get a Ninja Star, and there is no solutions to it? Did they really taken it out? Or, Is there really a secret file on disc people CAN'T hack into yet? Hmm...
However, What is, I am SO delighted to see is, hints that you can fight Kitana, Quan Chi, Mokap, Drahmin, Frost possibily, and may unlock them as playable too!

You never know about anyone of these lines or any part of the game, especially if no one ever comes across them in play.
Coders/Developers may leave them in because:
1) they forgot it is in there
2) leave it in because it wastes time to go thru everything
3) they think it is funny to make us over think
4) all of the above

I posted my thought on the star on the brady games post but here it goes.
If you go to prodcution are there is an MK Star on it. Go there and it tells you each realm that you completely finish you get a jewel on it of a different color that seems to relate to that realm. My opinion is that when you get all the jewels you can put it on the table between the kamidogus and might open up one or more portals. OR when you walk through the portal in the Netherrealm after the star is complete it will tranport you to Quan Chi's realm or the frozen Catabombs. Just my opinion but it does seems logical.

A lot of those lines I HAVE heard before, except fighting drahmin and frost, and mokap. That is news to me. Oh well. Remember this for Monday...email the mods some of these questions. Maybe they will ask the team.

all of the characters we've hacked will probably be in the Game Cube version of Deception imo. Which means I'm definitely purchasing that.

DO Notice I bold the part about the rings that I noted I heard it before too, but the other lines, I have NOT heard of before!
Have you even heard the kitana line before too? Were you able to fight her? Frost, Mokap, Quan Chi, Drahmin lines? You should able to fight them by these lines, but did you?
I doubt you have!

Actually, come to think out it, I heard Quan Chi's line "You dare oppose the will of Quan Chi?" too I think, but you can't fight him!

Can't you fight quan chi in the netherrealm?? Maybe I'm thinking of someone else, but he's even a main part in the konquest mode, you have to fight him!

I too have heard quite a few of those lines. I hear the Kintaro lines in Edenia all the time, i'm more than certain he's a time spawn character in Edenia.

I have heard most of the ring statements, the koins in the well, and the green woman. But like I said before, I have not heard the Drahmin, Frost, or Mokap. Nor have I heard Kitana. I HAVE heard and fought Quan on several occasions, and have trained with scorpion again.
But the break the boards? Nope, that one is new.

Alright, I am going to remove the ring statements, and add a comment to the Quan Chi line, since they are causing so much Confusion around here. I SAID I heard them before too...
"Would you like to buy a ring?...Ah, never mind. You could not afford such a precious item..."

There are only 2 references to Mokap in the game I can find. Both apear to be Konquest related. There ARE entries for Balze along with his fighting styles. There are no references to Fujin or Stryker. I cannot find these statments in the game text. Beyond that There is plenty of reason to assume Kitana, Nitira, Blaze, Frost, and Drahmin could all be fightalble. Playable is doubtful.

I also think that just because there are NO lines referring to the Ninja Star anymore, nor lines that refer to the re-enter village don't mean that you can't.
It will probably be a No-speech revelation...when you do re-enter the village or obtain the secret of the Ninja Star.
I think that the developer well knew that someone is going to hack the CD and found these lines soon, so they have it well HIDDEN and hard to break.
These string regarding re-enter village and colored Keys and rings are MOST interesting, I would definite ask them about it at the Fight night if I were you!
Yeah you have to punch the guy to get the ring.

Yeah, while you're still in the village, some idiot pawned his wifes engagement ring. The merchant wearing the mask ( The merchant behind a table) has to be hit.

I have heard the Quan Chi and Drahmin lines, but I don't remember if I ever fought them or not. As for "Uhhh... Who was that green woman?", yes I have heard this one before. A random villager I spoke to a little while after my encounter with Jade in the living forest said it, and I assumed that it was just a nod to how Jade would peek around the trees in the living forest stage in the earlier games (MK2?).
Quan Chi can be fought in the area with the giant, red, floating stones after you complete Konquest, it's the same area where you fight him as Scorpion.
