i know those few koffins, AK is is sektor's weapon fatality, DC is raidens weapon fatality, DF is shang tsungs weapon fatality, and IG is is cyraxs weapon fatality. hope this helps you all out, i just need to find out noob's weapon fatality then i will have almost all of them others are lock with gold koins}

I know this was asked by someone else toward the beginning of the thread, but I don't think anyone answered it: what are Sareena, Noob and Sektor's fighting styles and weapons?

sareena has tae kwon do and yuan yang, her weapon is sai's but they look like double daggers for some reason, sektor has ninjitsu and sambo, his weapon is a pulse blade, and noob saibot has hapkido and pi gua and his weapon is a ninja sword

Thanks for the info; although I must say I'm a bit disappointed to hear that Noob and Sektor were given the exact same styles and weapons as Scorpion and Cyrax, respectively.

yeah it's sorta disappointing, but all in all, noob is a palette swap of scorpion and sektor is a palette swap of cyrax, so it does sorta make sense for them to have the same, but it would of been better for new styles

Even if they didn't get all new styles, they should have at least mixed the styles like they did with Sareena.

how do you look at the pics that you unlock in the krypt?

unlike mk:da for the next generation formats, mk:te does not show any pictures in the krypt.

so i'm just unlocking anime scorpion and other pictures for no reason in mk:te

those are costumes erik.

just easily hit either L or R while on that character and it will change the outfit.

shit like "snime scorpion" or "negitiva sareena" (which, negitiva sareena is my all time favorite alternite outfit!) are all outfits.

(and if you did'nt know, yes, im the same noob_sareena from mka)

Just to clarify, these mean beat the given mode(s) WITH the character who's WPN fatality you are getting.

-Beat 15 Characters on Survival Mode V.Hard to unlock Scorpions WPN Fataliy

I only had to beat 13 in V. Hard to get it

-Beat Arcade Mode and Tag Team on Normal to unlock Bo Rai Cho's WPN Fatality.

I did this w/ BRC and Mavado in Tag Team and it didn't work. Does BRC need to be in a particular Tag Team for this to work?
EDIT: Once I beat Tag Team mode with everyone, BRC's Weapon Fatality was unlocked (my last team to do it was Hsu Hao and Reptile)

- Beat Arcade Mode and Tag Team on Normal or higher to unlock Noob's WPN Fatality.

I went through and beat Arcade Mode w/ Noob, then Tag Team mode and it didn't work. So I tried Tag Team again, and it did. The first time I picked Drahmin as the second, and tagged him in every round at the beginning and used the trick described below. The second time I picked Scorpion as my second and just played through like normal. Not sure what the correlation is.

Also - I found an awesome method to getting through matches. Pick Drahmin, and knock the character down in a match. Immediately follow with his ground pound move to knock them down again. Now, if you time it just right and do the move quick enough, you can continually hit the ground pound move over and over until the match ends. If you start the move so that the animation right as the opponent gets up, they immediately go into block position and get hit with it. This works against everyone! EDIT: except Shang Tsung - I think he just has a much larger recovery window. This is also why the Scorpion trick listed in the first post doesn't work against him - he recovers much more quickly than any of the other characters. That should make him top tier ;)

BTW, if no one has figured it out yet, the fastest way to get red coins is to unlock Test your Might first, and continually do it over and over :) Also, if you use the Drahmin trick in V. Hard Survival mode, you can rack up a lot without getting bored :)

Is there a combination to enter to draw your weapon, as a third fighting style, or do you just use the moves in either stance?

I find the best methods to win are with Cage, Sareena, or Nitara.

Sareena has a killer special/ weapon move f, d, b.

Johnny Cage and Sareena have a great move that the computer will just block until they die. Switch to their second style and just keep hitting d, a.
