Is there any difference of Deception to Unchained? Loading times, Krypt, Konquest, etc...?

Yes and no. The biggest difference, is the inclusion of characters no available on the PS2 and X-box versions of Deception, they were in the Game Cube version; all characters are available up front, so that changes the krypt; load times, I find are ok, it's one of the fastest games to load on PSP, imo.

Anything specific on Krypt Changes like costumes?

So far I've yet to see a list of everything available to be unlocked, but if you search online you might come across one, and if you do, please post it here.
