3 /5 A bit too dark for an action pic, other than that i like the background

I like this pic, cus I really like the Wind Realm level in MK4...

Sorry for threadjackin, on topic - If I were you GQS, I'd try to make the sprites themselves brighter, while leaving the background dark and mysterious. So since the lightning is striking, that would illuminate the fighter's in the foreground, highlighting them as the main focus (as they should be). But still, excellent job.

It looks like the Rain is falling up.

as sandspider mentioned, yea, when i look at it now..it does seem like the rain's goin upward...
well..if at least some of it were goin upward or side or something due to the wind then i'd understand even though it's not realistic.

As for the brightness..ahem..darkness..it fits nicely..krsx mentioned some good pointers on lighting there with the lightning.
I prefer the mysterious dark look, someone could spend an entire day staring at the background hoping for a hidden cheat code or somethin?
that is if that was in 3d also.

Oh, btw, i am not too worried about the brightness, cause i got an led,lcd? monitor. So, i'm happy.
