Since the image was a little different from the rest of these, we've separated the story. The rest of these are cast shots and such, so mixing in what is an in-character shot doesn't seem quite right I think.

In the meantime, we have added a few images here featuring Shane Warren Jones, Michael Jai White and Kevin Tancharoen.

The actor for Cyrax is hott! I wonder how they'll incorporate the cyborgs into this series. And I'm still hoping Erica is playing Kitana, I'mma throw a BF if she isn't lol...

Soooo many good actors/actresses and names.

I really hope this project (assuming its tied to the canon MK story and not the "rebirth" plot) is founded to become a huge epic film based on the tournament.

MKO staff, the original article/news is a little messed up in the "Names Section". Its on the *actors ... characters* part because of "Shane Warren Jones" name.

It's too long to fit so it moved everything else one spot down screwing up the organization.

Like I said, I was sure I misunderstood the joke. For some reason I totally ignored that her last name was "King". I didn't notice.

I really hope Erica Cerra is not playing Kitana, she is too old. She is 31. Im hoping that Sam Tjhia is playing Kitana because she is 19. Whoever plays Kitana should not be older than like 24. As long as they do Sam Tjhia's makeup right and make her look really amazingly hot, I could see her as Kitana. Shes not who I would have picked, but if shes playing Kitana, I will be satisfied. If Erica Cerra is playing Kitana, I will be kinda pissed and disappointed. Also, Beatrice King, who is playing Sindel, looks pretty young as well. So whoever is playing Kitana definitely has to be younger than her.

It's amazing how many asian actors they got for this! I love how they're remaining faithful to the games.

Honestly, when I grew up playing MK I never thought anyone else was asian besides Shang Tsung and Liu Kang. I mean, I should've known the ninjas were asian just because they were ninjas, right? lol. I love MK even more now! I'm Asian :)

She's very pretty, but I think Erica looks more like Kitana. If either were to play her, I wouldn't complain because they're both beautiful. But Erica does not look anywhere near 31, I think she'll do a good job if she is the princess.
