On topic; Damn, I wish I was right about them including some new goodies to lure back those of us who already bought the game. Guess they really do think there are people out there without the game who would now suddenly want this. I cannot think there would be too many people like that though.

I suppose the biggest draw is for people unable to buy DLC for various reasons. But a few costumes and incidental characters are hardly worth the price.

I have friends in the military who cannot hook up consoles to XBL/PSN. One in particular got severely hosed when RE5 Gold Edition came out. The 360 version requires you to DL the additional content even though it's included free when you purchase the game. Some third world countries also have HORRENDOUS internet connections with slow speeds and unreliable connection rates, this is ideal for them.

They're bleeting sheep if they already have the game, especially if they"d already have the DLC. Otherwise it is a decent purchase if you did not have it yet.

I waited to purchase this game all cuz I don't pay $60 plus tax on games anymore, especially when they make the games shorter than they use to, making it 1 or 2 days to beat possibly 5 hours the least. So I just wait til they go on platinum hits or game of the year. They made this komplete edition to reel on the mortal Kombat fans that didn't want to pay high dollars. What I was disappointed of this and the original game they made this one from, is, it gots a story mode, but it's nothing really like a story mode, it reminds me to much like dc vs mortal Kombat. I was hoping it would have been like that story mode on that subzero game. I don't remember the two names of the games they made. and that one other mortal Kombat game, that was 3d where they had the cemetary, where you opened up the caskets and did missions to. They could have made it like them, and still kept the arcade mode and that story mode that they have already on there. I've been waiting for one of them new games of the mortal Kombats to come out again, the mortal Kombat game that you travel through a portal to the realams or whatever.

I think everyone here is capable of being sensible with their purchases, so why bother grumbling too much?

I bought the Komplete Edition because i have no internet access on my Xbox, and then swapped the first edition for Devil May Cry 4 with a friend = everyone's happy.
