The only problem I have with Klassic stages is they'd more than likely have Interactables, which kinda ruins them to me. They could make the stages without them but I doubt they would.

Pit 3 - or have it like Kratos' where you can press one of the 4 buttons for a different fatality
Dead Pool
Bell Tower
this would be a good start--hopefully there is more

Based on what we know, (realistically speaking) I think we have a high probability of getting; Fujin, Baraka and Rain. Since we always get a token female I think it'll be down to Sareena and Li Mei. I don't think we'll get any of the revenants because none of the revenants have had their undead versions as the main costume and the DLC's obviously won't get alt's so I think for that reason it excludes the likes of Kabal, Stryker, Sindel and Smoke. I also think we'll get the MK1 costumes with the compatibility patches for free since we have those four ninjas in the main roster.
As for arenas if they do them, I think The Pit and The Living Forest are obvious ones. Out of the others listed from the Kards, I think maybe Edenia since it seems unlike the others and seems pretty unique. Who knows, we'll see though.

You never know...in order to get that "truly classic" feel they might opt not to put interactables in. Look at what they did for the classic fatalities - the camera angles are classic 2d for them. They could potentially do the same for classic stages.

Yeah but Fatalities are not a gameplay mechanic, stage Interactables are. I'd love if they had no interactables to preserve their classic nature, but I doubt they won't have interactables.
