Hello and Welcome to the new and improved Cutout Thread. Since i noticed that BOMBSnFISTS is no longer with us,I took the liberty of making a new thread. This will have not only MK related material but other material as well. I will update with new cutouts as soon as i can. This will be cut into 4 different selections. Mortal Kombat Game/Movie Rendors, Miscellaneous,Mortal Kombat Comicbook/Cartoon Rendors,and Mortal Kombat Fan Art.

Here are the original rules that BOMBSnFISTS has provided for you all.

Also,Here are some new added rules (the ones in red) that were provided by ThePredator151.

Rules for requesting: If you would like any non-MK related pictures to be cut-out, please provide a link to the original image, and describe exactly what you would like cut out.

Also when requesting, make sure that the original picture, or image you want cut out is a decent size. Really small images are generally unreasonable to cut out in the first place.

Another issue worth mentioning is an image background that blends too well with the rendor. This also includes anything that overlaps the image you want...text, thick smoke, or anything of the sort.

Larger, clean(higher-resolution) images with a clear outline are best for cutouts. Please consider this in the images you choose to have cut and everybody will get along better.

Also,Here are some new added rules (the ones in black) that were provided by The_Purple_Bunny.

* NEW * images update -
Get rid of the whitespace! - I'm seeing too many images showing up with a rediculous amount of whitespace around the image. For example, I found an image that only had about 300 pixels of an actual image, and 10,000 pixels of whitespace. Give me a break! You should know how to use Paint or Photoshop or whatever to get rid of that empty space where nothing exists. I don't mind if the image has a fancy border, but any image I find henceforth that has whitespace will be deleted. Then you can get rid of that unnecessary white area and resubmit it.


Rules for Submitting: Please be sure to save your finished cut-out on a transparent background, and the file type as either .gif or .png

If duplicate entriees are submitted, I will choose the better of the two, so if you see one and think you have it done better, feel free to make a submission.

Also,Please do not ask for any nude or explicit material to be cutout. This is MKO people, you know the rules. So with that said. Here are the original cutouts that BOMBSnFISTS had provided for you guys.

This one was another really hard one to cutout. I spent about 2-3 hours on this one. It was fun though. I think it turned out really good. I love his mohawk lol. #2 "King Jerrod" was the only # that was missed. There's a possible 3 cutouts in that one picture. They're also the only "good enough" pictures of him in the comics that I know of. I'll post ALL of the comic cut-outs in one post here is a little bit. All the way from the begining. Maybe then you can make a section in the first post secificlly for "MK Comic Renders" or something....But that'll be after the final list is out up....

Lol @ everybodies reaction. But, KARATE is the leading cut out artist right now, and...even though this thread might not have needed to be remade, it's alright because he can make changes to the starter post. The same as BOMSnFISTs did. Therefor, my only objection (if it were to be called that), is KARATEs' experience and knowledge about particular cut-outs. I don't think it was a bad decision however. And with all that said....I'm sure anybody who is/happends to be more experienced than KARATE, will be there/here to help him out.

Basiclly, no big fuggin' deal. In fact, if he didn't do it first...I was gonna do it after all these comic book renders were done being cut out. 'Bout another month or so in the future...

Huh? If this was being remade. Why isn't everyone's cut's listed here? I made cutout's as request that i didn't even save for people who prolly never even got the chance to use them. Im not saying it wasn't time for a new thread. Im saying everyone's hardwork got demolished all so we could use old cutout's that have been sitting around longer then the more recent's. This imo was a bad idea. Because it wasn't thought through thurley.
