I've said it once and I said it again, Midway, who is NOT above cheap stealing of ideas, should just steal the Smash Bros. Engine (kinda like in vs. for Shaolin Monks!!!!!) and go from there... the sides and bottom could be deathtraps and stuff... i'd be way more playable than anything they can concoct

I am as shocked as most of you here, I was opposed to the idea of MKvsDC as well. lol Even my mom was shocked when she saw the pic of subz and batz.

However I am willing to give this 'crazy idea of a game' a chance and see how it turns first out before burning it at the stake.

I guess fatalities might be out now. This would be extremely unacceptable for a Mortal Kombat game.

Wow, that top ten list of worst fighting games. I've actually played all of them. I remember playing my buddy at Shaq Fu on Sega Channel. Man was that game awful. I actually kinda liked Kasumi Ninja though, even if it was a blatant rip off of MK. I'm kinda surprised that Rise of the Robots wasn't on that list. Man, talk about a boring game with uninspired characters and a dull as reading the dictionary gameplay.

Crow, I know that you're annoyed at alot of us right now, but was the "know nothings" comment really necessary? I'm not trying to pick a fight by any means, but I think that alot of people are just blowing off steam right now. I agree that it's stupid to drop any blame, anger or hatred towards MKO for providing the info that they got from Midway. I've been here since it was MK5.org for that very reason.

But I hope that you can see that alot of people here are just disappointed at what they expected versus what they're getting from Midway this time around. Because of that, alot of people are still harboring this small sense of hope that maybe it's not true. No one is trying to discredit MKO, we just don't want what we've heard and now seen to be true.
