As far as I know IMDB has been on public contribution for years, if not always. That's not to say reliable sources can't be part of the public, but y'know... Grain of salt, and all that.

I bet he's Raiden's counterpart. Superman-level strength, flight, a lightning attack, seems fitting to me.
