The fact that the game is going to be 2.5d makes me wonder if they will get rid of the 3D button from MKvsDC and play strictly 2D like Street Fighter IV, that would be a dream come true!

And for the people who don't know, _JRF_ said the game is 2.5D and he's never wrong. I trust whatever he says about this game.

WB today revealed a trailer of FEAR3 on gamespot.com so maybe a MK9 trailer is coming soon.

Good call Raptora, it says in the description of the video that it's directly from WBIE's (Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment) Pre-E3 media event. This definitely has good potential. If nothing comes from this, then we almost assuredly won't get anything until E3. This is their official event!

As much as I hope all this info to be true, I'm taking everything as a grain of salt until I see pictures or video for myself. However, _JRF_, in the past, has been proven to be quite reputable.

MK will be playable at E3. The character list that will be shown is currently being finalized.

Pictures were captured 1.5 months ago, and were submitted to a magazine. I don't know which one, but we should start seeing those pix very soon.

I'm personally hoping dial-a-combos are back. I basically want an Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 fast pace style, super fast gameplay, dial-a-combos but on a gorgeous 3d engine with 2d gameplay. That's my dream scenario.
