As previously reported, fans buying Injustice: Gods Among Us will have plenty of options come the newly confirmed April 16 release date.

Arriving on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360; the Injustice Collector's Edition packs a punch at $99.99RRP with a collectible statue, comic book, animated film download and bonus New 52 character skins. For the technically minded, now there's the Battle Edition to consider:

At $149.99, the Battle Edition boasts an exclusive Injustice Fight Stick with official artwork from the game and New 52 skins. The big box will be available in limited quantity from GameStop and EB Games, across Canada and the Untied States.

Look closer at the Fight Stick artwork and you'll spy further confirmation of the inclusion of Doomsday -- powerhouse villain made famous as the catalyst of the 1992 Death of Superman story. He appears opposite Wonder Woman and beside Superman. Doomsday was previously spotted in the background of the Fortress of Solitude arena.

Update: Community Manager "@PDPCandace" has confirmed speculation that Performance Designed Products will be making the Battle Edition Fight Sticks. PDP memorably partnered with Warner Brothers to provide similar sticks for the Mortal Kombat Tournament Edition, in 2011.

The answer is yes, PDP is producing the Injustice: Gods Among Us fight stick that is included in the "Battle Edition" of the game.
