i think you mean that the pal version will be different than the ntsc(usa version), well you're wrong
they are the same except for small changes that had to be made(something with processors that only work on PAL tv or something)

the games still have the same features
justlike each console version of the game has the same features, each region version has the same features

It's not from some game website, it's from a standard Ripped DVD info (I've seen that style before in DivX movies info). Most of those stuff are probably from the oficial site (as they probably still have the thing about the ripped clothing). About the Tag Playing, it's probably some rumour the guy that wrote that heard and thought it was true.

Btw, wouldn't it be great if the Last Secret was the Tag Mode. It wouldn't add that much to the gameplay, but it sure would be fun
