i was playing mkda, and i decided to have a speed test

what you do is you take 2 characetrs that have similar weapons(kenshi/scorpion hsu hao/kano, or mirror matches) and you only use weapons and you hit, then press block before you get hit again

you will learn who is better with the weapons

i have also done this with out weapons. I have a few character timing faqs that I done. Very useful if you wanna get your and your opponents reaction time down. I timed them all with a stop watch.

how do you expect someone to look through all those combos to find this idea

it seems you are the only person having trouble finding it. it's on page 4 of the thread. and if your having trouble with the forum search, click on "discussion" then "search forums" you can search for threads or the user that posted the thread.

the reason it's in that thread is because its about strategy. as is my faq. rather than spam the board like others, i put it in the best place. why make a seperate thread when you can put it in basically the same topic?

i see, you meant it for some strategy thing

i meant it as a different way to play the game
as something fun to do besides the usual punch,stab,kick, ect

That's actually a very smart idea, I've never thought of it before. It could be very helpful to know which weapons were fastest when deciding which character would be best to fight your opponent.

I'd think the most fun about that is just to try and do a Highlander type of battle, with lots of sparks and stuff.
