There should be a cave at A-8. At 10pm some guy shows up and you talk to him. He gives you the koins. Wish I remembered who said this so I could give proper credit.

Are you sure its chaos realm, because I've been wandering chaos for half an hour and it seems to me there is no way to get to A-8. The farthest I can get to is Sonya at A7, its the area with all the acid around those huts, noob saibot is there too and boraicho.
