The 1up site give their opinion on MK:D at E3 and they elected MK:D as the best fighting game present at E3.

Full version will have counters, better reversal system, I hope better throw system and a lot more. Game will be much quicker so I think that MK Team made great improvement over DA. Mortal Kombat has Ressurected from death like no other fighting game. I would like to thank Midway, because thay will give us more than just normal MK experience - they'll give us Mortal Kombat that will blow up our minds !!!
Like someone said in MK History video from MKDA - I LOVE PLAYING MK !!!!

Deception will be like no other fighting game, which doesnt't mean that will be deeper than VF, SC2 or Tekken 5, but will be much deeper than MKDA. I like that Ed Boon&Co. realised, that MK must stay MK - original FUN fighter !!!!
