That's actually (I'm pretty sure) AcjBizar's attempt at creating what Kintaro was initially meant to look like in Mortal Kombat 2 with the MK4Strip program. In an issue of Gamepro from waaaay back when, they showcased several early MK2 concept art pics and descriptions. Kintaro was described as shown (he might have had two arms, though- I can't remember if they included a pic). I wish I still had that issue. Anyway, I think Acj did a good job with it. His other skins can be viewed on the MK4ME page of his website.
