2nd fatality possibly last secret?

A friend of mine at work said that he has seen 2 Kano fatalities. He saw the first one when he first got the game when he rips out his opponents heart & other organs. But, about a week ago he said he was playing with Kano and right when the match was over his thumb cramped up and it caused him to accidentally press a combination of buttons and directions on the d-pad. He said he thinks he pressed the L2 button and a combination of directions on the d-pad but doesnt know what he did for sure. He said Kano spread both arms out with his blades in both hands and chopped off his opponents head in a criss cross motion with his blades and the head went rolling on the ground. Is this true? Well the person that told me this is not the type of person to just make things up or lie at all. So, could The last secret possibly be a weapon fatality? Maybe, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see. If anyone else has seen or heard of anything like this please reply or send me a message. If not then reply with your thoughts on this. possibility

Your friend played you, dont fall to easily for these things m8...his thumb cramped up?
lol anyway the mk team themselves have said ONE fatality per character.
"Strangely" everybody who sees these second fatalities has a thumb cramp or messes up the buttons. lol
If there is a last secret, great, but if there's not, it won't dissapoint too many people.

whether it is true or not, this fatality sounds really cool!! Maybe this is the real use for L2 button...should we try anything out with L2 or are you all so sure there is no use for it at all??

There's no real last secret. What you do is enter a combination of buttons and it tells what version of MKDA you've got, it's just some numbers that show up, that's all. That's the final secret. No big deal.

it's really hard to understand that, after all this time and after confirmations by mk staff etc, there are still people trying to mess with all this fatality thing... i mean, people who says i've seen this i've done that for sure know or at least must figure out that nobody is going to believe them unless they can prove it so, why do they still bother¿? i don't know what to think , but since boon and company said there are no 2nd fatals is logical to think there are none.

my friend got a playstation 2 mag with a free video of mkda he said it showed some fatalities and kitana used her fans and sliced the opponent up and they stood normal for a couple of seconds and then their body collapsed into sliced pieces. hes only saw sub zero using his weapon for a fatality, and he saw them all b4 the game was out.

nah it'll b a loada b/s!! coz there's no head cutting off! when every a head has come off its has either disapeared or being a bloody mess neva actually the opponents head *its cut down on detail* so its not true!! i'm sick of seeing dumb rumors wiv no evidence - all this will do is make people stop reading your posts!, which will go against you if you find out somert new!

perhaps they originally made 2 or more fatalities in the game and the one i mentioned b4 was one of kitanas and they chose her kiss of death in the end.
Tell me the name of the mag.
Hell, I might as well, I've got nothing else to do for a while.

Don't even bother, as the MK Dev Team already said there aren't ANY 2nd Fatalities, Stage Fatalities or any other Fatalities. There is one Last Secret (according to the Dev Team), and according to the ONLY hint they gave, it's enabled through pushing a combination in one of the screens in the game. Also, they kind of hinted that it would be a secret character, but that's not for sure.
