I was thinking of mixing two fatalities together...
Get this. Remeber his fatality in Trilogy where he'd call up TONS of Scorpions? Well, he calls up three. They each spear a certain limb of the opponent, then draw and quarter him. Cute, eh?

i always thaught he throws his speeear if flys round the room and impales their leg. then he swings them round the room till their leg rips out its socket the then fall to the floor screaming crawling up to him for mercy then he just takes of his mask and burns them alive. then they roll rounn dfor a while till the stop moving.

I hope that the second fatality is where scorpion burning your adversary....mk2 remembered? :D

We need toasty back! wanna see his flaming skull in action! and his slice n dice fatality from MK2! they should be his 2 fatalities, not a arm rip off n beat up the opponent n smack there head off, thats a Jax fatality!

i never really like the toasty fatal.

I think they should bring back toasty as well, but now that I think of it, I don't actually remember any scorpion fatality in the past sucking except for his MK4 where he turns into a scorpion.
BTW, your idea sucks.

I think it would have been better if they gave Sub-Zeros fatality in deception to Scorpion! It would have been cool to see Scorpion Spear their head off, catch it, set it on FIRE, and spike it at the head less body, either setting it on fire as well or blowing it up!! It would have been mor understandable if Sub-Zero had the arm rip since we've seen him dismember somebody before. It could work by him grabbing their arms Deep Freezing them, ripping them off and then batters them.
