Heres a few random thoughts that i came up with and i didnt feel like making a whole bunch of threads for each thought. So here they r, post ur comments about what u think below

  • Will the lifebars change from the Mk:Da ones. Im sure that they more then likely will, but what do u think they will look like. Also would u care if they just left them as they are??
  • Will they change the fighting style bar thing?? I think there might be a 50/50 chance for this. I dont think this is really a big deal just wondoring.
  • Do u think that they will be back the returning Mk:Da arenas and maybe with a touch of interactivness??
  • Lastly, i was thinking about all of this interactiviness in the arenas, do u think it might get annoying. Like if you are in the middle of a combo and all of a sudden the person just goes flying threw a wall, like in the new gameplay video. Or like in the level with the bodies around, u think they might get in the way??

I think they will change the life bars a bit but I don’t mind if they would leave them this way. I find these MKDA life bars great, the best of all the MK games. The ones from MK2 are great too, so maybe if they could combine those two it would have a great look. The life bars from all the other MK games are just too simple.

I hope that one or two arenas from MKDA will return like the Whu Shi Academy. That one was great. And about the interactions, i dont think that will get annoying. I don’t know if you have played the “Dead or Alive” series but its great every time when a fighter gets thrown through a wall or something. Most of the time I’m aiming for it lol.

I never have played Dead or Alive 1, only 2+3 but they both have them. Atleast the part of breakable wall or glass you can throw your opponent through. And rooftops to fall off and that kind of stuff. It’s my second favourite fighting game you should really try it out once.

It doesn't have all the other stuff like deathtraps or hanging corpses you can kick against. So I think the stages in MKD will be much more interactive then in DOA. But you really get the feeling you are fighting in a more real life environment which is great.

As with any feature, if implemented improperly, it could completely rape a game. The "interactiveness" of the environments could be just that. As from what I've seen and read the "interactiveness" seams a little...forced, so to speak.

I personally hate shit that interupts the "natural" gameplay of any game with out some sense of meaning behind that interuption. The multi tiers seam to be just an interuption, an inconvienence in the gameplay. If the actual tiering is interactive, being able to juggle on the way down, up, etc, then it would be another story all together. The tiering system in DoA is one feature - among many which made me go o_0 - that killed the game for me.

well doa 1 didn't had interactive arenas involed in the fighting sys.. there arenas where all opened... so ring outs can accour... now if u get a ring out the char will be hurled to the air because of a land mine.. thats pretty much of the interaction of doa 1.. but well this is about mk..

so mk:de's life bars probley stay the same as mk:da's hence ever since mk1 they had the same life bars till part 4 gold.... i think...

also.. i am happy of the progress its making... some classics are comming back and new stuff everyday... i juge a game by playing it.. so i am here just for the previews...
