I've been starting a Mortal Kombat site for a while and just completely re-did it for Deceptions sake. I'll be updating it every few days with everything I find including confirmed Fatalities.
I have the Konquest guide in order by realms. That way instead of jumping from one to another people can get what they want in one realm.

Click on the Deception site. The MK1 section only has a few things up, but the Deception section has the most content.
