I dont know if this has been said or not, but a new game got me thinking. What if the last secret isnt unlockable without a certain Midway game save on your memory card? Since you can play as Sub-Zero in MLB Slugfest 20-04, why not have a game saved from a earlier Midway game be the key to unlocking the possible last secret? I went to Midway to find a list of the games for the PS2, GameCube and XBOX and came up with this list.
Defender, Dr, Muto, ESPionage, Fireblade, Freaky Flyers, Freestyle Metal X, Gauntlet Dark Legacy, MLB Slugfest 20-03 and 20-04, NBA Ballers, NFL Blitz 20-02-03, NHL Hitz 20-02-03, Red Card 20-03, and Spyhunter. MAYBE it is in one of the previous games from Midway? What do you all think?

MKDA is one of a kind. It's the only game by Midway that actually did well. Doubt they'd want to connect MK with any other (less appealing) game. Also, MKDA info in the memory card cannot be copied (it can't on the ps2 version at least). Another indication that MKDA is a game on its own.

That is a good idea. I know for Super Smash Bros. Melee you can get and extra trophey if you have a Pikman save on your memory card.
So why not be able to do this with any other game?

thats how it usually is for madden nfl games.
if you have other games made by e.a. you can unlock teams and stadiums.

I also remember that in the original midnight club street racing that if you have a saved game from smugglers run you can unlock the buggy in midnight club.
so its possible.
