Rather than having Koffins AA-ZZ like Deadly Alliance, Deception will only have from AA to TT (AA-AT, BA-BT, CA-CT, etc)

As long as the koffins aren't empty or have Mortal Kombat comic pictures I don't mind.

If it were up to me, the krypt wouldn't exist. I think it's stupid and boring. The only unlockable things should be characters and stages anyways. I figure this should be done by doing different things in arcade and konquest mode, possibly also pussle and chess. Of course, that's not going to happen, I'm only saying that's what I'd prefer.

It doesn't bother at all that there are less koffins. Less $#!+ on my shoes. As long as it's a case of "Quality over Quantity" it's all good. I love unlockables but it sucks to spend 2000 Koins because you're looking for costumes and characters but you get a pic of a programmer (You've all seen what they look like) or some HORRIBLE fatality sketches... like the Kung Lao one that used characters as detailed as those found in a game of HangMan.
All I can say is just be greatful there's no Adema video!

i'm not sure exactly how much space they would have for any of this, but say that they did have the space and time, here are some new things i'd like to see...
1) background info on characters from the mk movies, maybe even a small sneak peak from the 3rd mk movie.
2)the story behind characters fatalities
3)origins of the different fighting styles, etc...

I want to see the original television commercials for Mortal Kombat 1, 2 (especially awesome), 3, and 4. Was there one for 5?
The Adema video ruled.

I personally loved the Adema video. I also found it very refreshing that a commercial band stepped up to promote the game. Not to mention, I doubt I'm mistaken when I say that type of music appeals to the majority of the Mortal Kombat fans. Hard, fast, empowering music coupled with a decently directed video, made for a great addition to the MK universe. How easy is it to bash something just because you happened to not prefer that type of music or that band. The very deffinition of a sad pathetic close minded child. As far as the addition os stuff like "kanos", "Cooking with Scorpion",...etc., MK has had a taste of humor in it for most of its existance. That will never die. Why, because thats one of the key ingredients of MK. From Friendships, Babalities, even the humor the regular fatalies have held over the years past and years to come. Remember Mortal Kombat is not about death but about life, and whats life if you can't have a little humor to go along with it.
The Krypt has added something fans have longed for and what defines the life of any game; something to look forward to, a reason to beat Kombat mode with Scorpion or some other character a few more times and it be worth something. Granted the empty Koffins and some other stuff got on some people's nerves but not everyones. Granted everyone is entitled to their opinion, but C'MON!

You like the video. Congrats! I'm sure a lot of people do. But my not liking that video has NOTHING to do with that type of music and everything to do with the fact that IMO the band looks retarded. Especially the drummer's facial movements. It just makes me laugh uncontrollably... but maybe that's the brilliance of it all. The fact that it's MK... and they have a sense of humor...AND I'm laughing. IT ALL MAKES SINCE NOW. I love it. I feel better already. Hope we get some 3 Doors Down or some Nickelback in the next one, that'd be sweet!

Your point about mixing the band and the game is valid but sounds too business-like. Those are the ideas that got that video in there. It's the same ideas that bring celebrities into videogames. Kids play games, kids like Britney Spears... LET'S MAKE A GAME ABOUT IT! Brilliant. But I think, if I wanna see celebrities (and I DON'T)I'll watch some TV... and if I want some music videos, I'll turn on MTV...oh wait, they just do a bunch of shows until like 2am. ALRIGHT YOU WIN, the Adema video was Great and I love it too!!
