About crumbling tower

Just wondering if anyones seen thoses bodies around the crumbling tower actully fall off as the area breaks off? Some images and movies would suggest so but i never actully seen it happen.

Yeah it happens in one of the movies I saw. It had Nightwolf vs someone but I can't remember who. Only one fell off that I could see.
