hopefully we do get to wager online , that sounds like a good idea but to my knowledge there is no word on that yet

ONce everything is unlocked, there is no purpose for more koins or koin trading.
HOWEVER...
It would be a nice insentive to wager costs to n00bs to get them to play.
SUppose you could make a wager of 10:1 where they bet 5 and you bet 500 and they get 500 if you lose...etc...
That would be a nice way to play. Then noobs would be willing to play just for the chance of victory. And with death traps, the risk of losing goes up.

I am hoping that we will be able to wager. It'll add more fun to the fights.

That's entirely too much sensitivity for a fake currency. 1:1 ratio is perfect. If a noob picks a fight with someone who has a high rating, assuming there will be some kind of viewable record for bragging purposes, then he/she deserves to lose any koins he/she bets ;)

Yeah, I mean of course they'd take a bet of 5 to 500, anyone would. You'd be stupid not too.
And it's not like you're luring them into anything with it, if they're already online at that point, I'd pretty much say that they've come there to play. Don't think they just signed on to hang out in the menu screen.

I won't wager, because people who are gonna losses big amout will most likely disconnects while i'll perform a fatality on them
