I am 95% sure that the laugh after he says, "To take it all," is Shao Kahn. I'm pumped up now.

At about 13 seconds you hear a laugh. I think that's Shao Kahn.

I know about MK4 but now he has a point in coming back. And there is also the thing about that skull flashing up, and there is just a bunch of stuff saying he might indeed come back so I figured this might be a clue.
